I like to find out..
Which batsman has more scores of "above average then team" ?
I like to consider all-out innings only to begin wtih.
For example Dravid scores 55 and team scores 250. Average score is
250/10 = 25. I guess Lara/Tendulkar/Chandarpaul will top the list.

It's not exactly what you wanted, but here are couple of lists.

Only ALL-OUT innings are used in compling these data.

Here is a list of batsmen who top scored most times and most often for
their sides in completed (all-out) Test innings. The first column
gives the number of time they top-scored (TS) and the second gives the
number times they were one of the top three highest scorers (T3). The
third column gives the number of completed innings in which the listed
player batted.

Top-scorer most times:
TS T3 Inn
49 94 189 BC Lara (WI+)
45 90 188 SR Tendulkar (Ind)
38 91 178 S Chanderpaul (WI)
37 64 133 SM Gavaskar (Ind)

It's a kinda eye opener to see guys like Richards, Waugh, and Sachin
having such high numbers...u wouldn't expect them to have top scored as
often as they did given the batting line-ups they were involved in.
Richards had Greenidge, Lloyd, Richardson, Haynes, Kali, etc. Waugh had
Mark, Hayden, Border, Boon, Jones, Pawning, Martyn, etc. Sachin had Azza,
Kambli, Manjrekar, Rahul, Lax, Dada, Viru, etc.

Flower, Border, Chanders, Lara, and Sunny are expected
