Here is a list of captains who scored at least two double-centuries in
a calendar year. First day of the match is given.

Notes:

Lara’s second.

2 or more double centuries in a calendar year? Cannot
be a very long list, seeing that the number of people who
have scored 2 or more in their careers is a modest list
in the first place.
