Pakistan have played well and are in a position of strength in the 1st test.
They may take the lead to around 275. And India will have its task cut out
chasing these runs on a wearing pitch. I think it will be difficult to
chase any thing above 225 particularly with pakistanis bowling very well.
Shoaib Akhtar has added accuracy to his repertoire in addition to speed.
Tanvir is swinging the ball at an awkward angle and Sami is bowling in good
areas. In addition to the above three, Kaneria is bowling with relentless
accuracy.

It is going to be an intriguing chase but if pakistan muster a lead of 275
it is going to be hard for India. On the other hand if India can restrict
the lead to around 200 they will be able to win the test.
