By peppering Steyn, a nice lummy on the shoulder then out.

You all thought his last spell against Aus A was venemous?

Well I certainly didn't think any such thing. That'd be because I didn't
see it. Wasn't aware that it was on the box anywhere. That game shown in
the Republic was it Maxxie?

Well his first spell was certainly dangerous, ask Warner. I'm sure
the bang on the shoulder slowed his pace down a tad but 5-1-21-1 more
than made up for the peppering. Of course after that Cowan, Clarke,
Hussey and the featherbed won the rest of the battle.

Now off to the Adelaide featherbed, and then the Perth....featherbed?

Give me South African wickets any day. We get the best cricket in the
world here.

Crikey! You believe everything that you read? How quaint.

Anyway, back to your OP... Looks like Dale the batter's in for a bit of
pummelling for a while don't it.

Course you do.

Ashley Maxxie, I think your pitches are ordinary. They usually have some
bounce, but it's almost invariably slow and "spongy" bounce. This is enough
to frighten FTBs from the sub-continent, but Oz batters find it easier to
bat on than their home decks.
