Apparently one of IPL fixers was guilty of worse things.

Suspect action on-field then and off-the-field now.

of the IPL.

Or at the very least there seems to be a quota system. Maximum of four
overseas players per team in each match, maximum of two chuckers.

Have they considered how patently unfair this is on players like Botha?
