All-out Test totals with no Extras

Here is a list of all-out Test innings in which the fielding side
conceded no Extras. The batting sides (and their totals) are listed
first and the results are from their perspective.

Amazing. I didn't think there would be ANY of these, let alone so many
and the top being 326 runs!

The cracker is no leg byes. That's the only way "I" score!

Try batting "lefty" (as I do). That can bring "wides" into play as well if
the bowlers are not up to the mark, not to mention "byes" if the bowler
stays right arm over and the 'keeper misses the one just down the leg side.
Let's face it, any runs on the score while you are facing are still for the
team, even if you don't get them in the book. Persuading the opposition to
gift us a few runs by batting left-handed (still a novelty value at the
level I play) is all too often the only contribution I make as a batsman.
