If Berto can beat mosely, I wanna see Manny fight him,
not that he's anything great but he is young and on a winning
streak.
I don't see manny fighting Mayweather because he dodges the question
every time they ask him.
Who dodges the question, Manny or Floyd?
No one in real professional boxing dodges
money when the opportunity presents itself.

I'm a Manny fan too but you make a good point. The last three
fighters he fought were not at their absolute prime. They were either
too old or knocked out/stopped in previous fights.
Although remember, that Manny is still fighting fighters much bigger
than him. He is a natural flyweight who is barely trying to keep up
the added weight.
And he beat these fighters in devastating way.
But still...I'd also like to see how he does against another elite
fighter who is undefeated and at his absolute peak.

I don't know what will happen there. Mayweather is the best boxer
there is. Manny is the best fighter there is.
Tell me that Cotto isn't one of the best welterweights. He looked
good last night and those shots would have hurt most other fighters.
The only other option for Saturday's fight was Mosley, and they can
fight later. That will be exciting.
Of course, you might say that Mosley is old if Manny beats him.
Dan, come on man, you can't have it both ways......earlier you picked
Cotto because Pacquiao was overrated and otherwise unintelligible
whatnots etc et al, and now that that doesn't fly, it's a let's see
him against this guy or that guy before he's any good.
So either your posts are just wonton trolling, or you're really just
not so bright......i mean why in the world would Pacquiao fight Berto
who has no following, no track record, no MONEY etc? At this point
it's all about a big payday or two and retirement.......but really, if
the guy hasn't already proved himself to you or anybody else, trust
me, while you're obviously entitled to defend/support your opinion,
nothing Pacquiao has done or ever will do is gonna right that ship !
From here on out it's Mayweather, Mosley, or Marquez--------with
Mayweather unquestionably being No. 1 gazillion dollar mega-
event .That's a very tough fight for Pacquiao style-wise ImO, and
Mayweather's delusional opinion of himself and what he's accomplished
and where he actually stands in boxing's current pecking order
compared to anything remotely resembling reality, might derail the
whole thing.
Roach has a very good view of this in my mind, which he put out on
ESPN today, where he’s willing Manny to see what he sees in
Mayweather:

"I would love to see Manny knock this guy out and then retire," he
said. "There's no place to go after that. We will break Mayweather
down. He's a fragile guy. I know he is hard to get to but we will get
to him. Manny can match Mayweather's speed and he has better footwork
and more balls."
Ha, not so sure that's how it would play out, but it's still pretty
spot-on!
Sounds like the cash registers are already ringing!
