A Spanish word that means brave.

The essence of bravery is, in some cultures, the most esteemed quality
in a person. Sadly, some other cultures, and cultures within cultures
(e.g., boxing), seem to value natural talents far more than the
quality of a person.

What ever happen to admire a fighter, not only by his gifts, but also
by his courage in the line of fire?

No

Courage should not be taken for granted, but it often is. When
fighters who excel in this category are praised by fans but still
treated as second class fighters (e.g., Gatti). Maybe these were not
born with God given skills, but the courage to give it your all 100%
is something very few people have. To sacrifice your life for a cause
is something more admirable than a million Mayweathers.

When you think of the most famous warriors in the history of manking.
When you think of your most favorite warriors or heroes. They all had
something: fearlessness. The audacity to do something so special and
yet so dangerious that most, including gifted people ("Money"
Mayweather), wish they could do but don't.

And every now and then, when the planets are aligned, something
uniques happens. A gift. A fighter with both the fury, the passion,
and absolute implacability. Someone with a firm and stoic personality
as well as God given gifts.

That fighter:

Pacquiao

But nothing is without an imperfection. Superstition is a big problem
in poor countries.
So you don't want blood taken out before a fight. We know Manny would
do it if he had to.
But is it necessary? and if its going to affect the mental
concentration in the fight against slick "Money", can we blame him for
wanting to have the test taken the day after the fight? And the bigger
question, why NOW? why didn't Mayweather make this mandatory to the
other fighters he fought before? because those were easy fights?

And how come "Money" who boasted weeks ago that he would beat Manny so
easily..now seems so paranoid? Sounds like the Mayweathers are too
knowledgeable about 'juicing', and looking at their questionable past
with the law, its not unthinkable to wonder if they had some real
first hand experience with doping themselves.

And until proven of any steroid use, the hell with the Mayweathers and
their mind games.

And until any proof of wrongdoing,
Pacquiao remains the undisputed boxing king on the planet.
