I just bought an old Pivot-Pool Game on a lark from a garage sale for
one dollar. Anybody remember this? Anybody here have one?

It's a plastic pool table about 32 inches long and 18 inches wide.
There is a spring loaded cue ball launcher permanently mounted to the
head spot! LOL

The box cover has a picture and endorsement from Lucille Ball!! It
was made by Milton Bradley. This thing is a hoot. Unfortunately it is
missing the 11-ball. Anybody out there got one laying around their
garage can send me an 11-ball? LOL

Sorry. I haven't had any balls for 20+ years now! :D

I remember pivot pool. I even remember Lucy hawking it as a 'hustler.'

Mark I can see the next question coming. Bob is going to want to know
how to 'recover' a Pivot-Pool table. Is that covered in your book?
LOL

I wish I could find the old Target Pool at a garage sale. I've always
wanted that but never had my own table until recently.

Hi John,

They show up on eBay every now and then, though not at garage sale
prices - usually $75 to $100, but you never know...

Yeah, thanks I think I've seen that in the past. I thought the price was
way excessive.

I never played that game... BUT, I seem to remember a game that had
small flat puck like numbered "balls" that you'd shoot (using the white
puck) with a yellow spring loaded "stick." I loved that game.

I'll supply a special addendum just for him!

That's where mine's going if I can ever find a 11-ball for it.

Bob,

"There's one on ebay now at $31, #160395446676" was intended for
John's query about Target Pool, not Pivot Pool - sorry for the
confusion.
