A few sessions back I started to make some long shots that I usually miss. I (almost 70 years old) was always convinced that my aiming was great, but bad delivery. Thinking about why shots went in I realized that I shot softly and used elbow only, NO SHOULDER WHATSOEVER! During the next three sessions I concentrated real hard about leaving my shoulder out of the shot. It works? Now I wish I had taken lessons 40 years ago and saved some aggravation. Anyway, I used to make 1 out of 5 long shots, and now it is more like 4 out of 5. Progress in my old age.

I haven't missed a single shot all year (2013). :)
