I'm sure there are some exceptions to this around the country, but they are
few and far between. If we ever want to get coverage in the sports section
of our Newspaper, we have to educate these sports editors.
Either this will have to be done on a one-on-one basis, by locals that have
knowledge about what is going on in the billiard world, or on a National
level, maybe by the BCA. Actually, the best idea would be to do it both
ways.
Lastly, it won't do any good to educate these Sports Editors unless there
are also local organizations around to keep them up to date on what is
going on in the local and national pool arena.
