down it to get wet and me sleeping on silk sheets that night and
sipping Dom 55. . Cleaned out the bar. They had a slow night as
everyone was dead broke after that shot. I came back a month later on
another trip and found I was bared out of the bar and hotel. Damn, I
could have retired off of that one."
That is a made up story and clearly another lie. There has NEVER been
a driveway or any other paved boat ramp running from the highway to
the water in Biloxi or any other gulf front Mississippi city between
Biloxi and the Louisiana state line..not now, not in 1973, not EVER.
The water ALL along the Mississippi coast is about 1' deep for the
first 1/2 mile or more out into the gulf. There are NO deep channels
or water for launching a boat unless you go to a marina.

I was wondering how long it would take for you to resort to the same
tired old name calling bullshit.
I honeymooned in Biloxi, I fished almost EVERY weekend in good weather
from '71-75 in Biloxi on a friend's charter boat (for Free). My aunt &
uncle had a home ON the Gulf Coast ON the highway (Old spanish
Trail)you lied about rolling the golfball over. I walked the beaches
and fished the marinas. There was NEVER a concrete/cement fishing pier
on the Miss. Gulf Coast because THE WATER WAS TO DAMN SHALLOW and
there was NEVER a 'boatramp' down to the water's edge, either.
Hurricane Camille totally wiped out anything on the beaches along Hwy
90 in August of 1969.
There WAS a big fancy hotel on the hill in Biloxi and it had a long
paved driveway back down to the highway, but if you rolled/shot a
golfball down it, the golfball would have come to a stop when it hit
the beach sand across the highway. CASE CLOSED !!!!!!

New Orleans,La. to Biloxi, Miss. is 69.9 miles (112.5km) and I lived
on Read Road in New Orleans east, which was 15 miles CLOSER... so,
that's 54 miles (FIFTY-FOUR MILES)and not 150 miles to Biloxi.
And YES, I did keep tabs on fishing piers along Miss. AND Florida
beaches. I fished the Pensacola Pier, The Fort Walton Pier, The
Navarre Beach Pier..... and the small wooden public pier on Crystal
Beach in Destin,FL until it was totally blown away by a hurricane in
the early '70s.
I fished the bridge to Pass Christian Isles,MS and the concrete
seawall of Waveland,MS and I wade fished all along the beaches of
Gulfport & Biloxi (and shined & gigged flounder along there at night)
