Cleveland activated Anderson Varejao and placed Coby Karl on IL.

Indiana activated Troy Murphy and placed Travis Diener on IL. Diener
underwent surgery on his left big toe and is expected to be out at least 4
weeks.

Milwaukee activated Luc Mbah a Moute and placed Andrew Bogut on IL. Bogut
is expected to be out 2 to 4 weeks with a strained ligament in his left
calf.
