Davis averaged 24.7 points, 8.3 assists, 5 rebounds, and 5 steals as New
Orleans went 3-0.
Jamal Mashburn (NO) underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee to
remove loose particles and is expected to be out 6 to 8 weeks.
Miami placed Samaki Walker on IR with right shoulder pain and signed Kirk
Penney.
Portland retired a banner in honor of former radio broadcaster Bill
Schonely.

I thought I read something in my local paper (or maybe the Internet)
recently that Schonely has rejoined the Blazers in his former capacity
of radio PxP. Anybody?
