Midnight Madness is back - and earlier than ever 
  Practice for Division I Men's Basketball has been moved back to 42 days before a team's first game, and the "no practice before 5 PM on the first allowable date" rule has been removed. Teams that have games scheduled for November 8 can start practice at midnight on Friday, September 27.
