The Rose Award goes to Brian Roberts of the Baltimore Orioles, who
went one-for-four with three RBI and scored one run in a 5-1 win over
the Detroit Tigers.

Roberts hit a three-run homer, Jake Arrieta gave up a run in six
innings and the Orioles won their home opener to go to 4-0, their best
start since 1997. They've yet to trail in a game, outscoring
opponents 17-4.

Brian Roberts has never, to my knowledge, disgraced the game of baseball.

Smearing him with The Out King's name in any way at all is out of order.

At times in the past you were mildly entertaining. Incredibly stupid
but entertaining. Now your devotion to Rose's lost cause is almost
charming. However, now you are dull but still incredibly stupid.

If you walk in front of a speeding truck you will improve your
intelligence.

Making up stupid things and accusing someone of it is _intensely_
boring. Making up such unlikely things, however, does show some
imagination. Now imagine Pete getting into the Hall. That's as close
as he's going to get.
