With over 100 scouts in attendance, USC's Mark Prior and UCLA's Josh Karp did
not disapppoint. Prior struck out 12 and allowed just one run on two hits in
seven innings. Karp struck out nine and allowed three runs in six innings. The
game remianed 3-1 USC in the bottom of the ninth inning when Adam Berry slugged
a three-run home run on a 2-2 pitch with two on and two out to lead the Bruins
to a thrilling 4-3 win over USC at Jackie Robinson. UCLA has now won eight in a
row.

Hey don't knock it. That's the beauty of living in a town where people have
a lot of choices of things to do... you can actually get a close seat to any
game you want. Plus there are seven local teams to choose from. Bitchin'!
