And you have been buying, begging and stealing worthless paper ever
since to prove other wise eh?
Yo, dumbass - it's already been established by a neutral observer,
veteran, and rigger that the ~real deal veteran~ Chuck's paperwork is
legitimate. Now, where's your paper? Let's see how "worthless" it
might be but first let's see if it even exists - the jury's still out
on that. Loser.

This is the U.S.....A Jury of my peers is guaranteed by law. You are
no peer
of mine.....you chickened out when the Navy recruiter came around,
neither is Charlie blowhard....He couldn't even get in the Navy.

Yo, dumbass - do you really think that if you change the words around
it actually changes the words around? As if it changes the words as
they were originally written? Let's give it a try.

Too late for that, dumbass - this is an electronic newsgroup - not the
real world. Besides, it was your own words which tried and convicted
you. You're a poser, a loser, a liar, and a hypocrite. You've even
been caught lying about how long you actually were in skydiving,
caught lying about your D license, and caught lying about your jump
numbers. Just a miserable excuse for a sentient. Now get on your
knees and appeal.
>You are

Shit, I knew that - you're a freaking moron for starters - I also got
more than ten times the jumps you ever made (not saying that's a lot
of jumps). Go and get some jumps in and I'll look over your
application then.
>.you chickened out when the Navy recruiter came around,
Shit, dumbass - you can't even prove you were even in the military and
this was back when there was a draft. I'm guessing you decided to
hide in South America which naturally took you to Guatemala. Moron.
>neither is Charlie blowhard....He couldn't even get in the Navy.
There you go again, loser - can't take the truth so you have no avenue
except dismissing those who have been kicking your ass with the truth
by invoking concocted beside the point crap. Whatcha gonna do,
Jinnie? Maybe a little cutn'paste will change reality for you?
Chuck's the ~real deal~. He walks the walk. You? You're beneath
Chuck. You're still flailing about neck deep in your own pool of
watery shit - but, what should one expect from little trolls like you?
Loser.

No that was Chuck, I got in the U.S. Navy, he couldn't pass the strict
tests of the time- -slow mentality is my best guess

The answer is what. What being, what you changed my words to was not
what I wrote as you well know but thank you for answering my question.
You are so stupid that you really do believe that if you change the

No, that was you. Chuck ~proved~ he's legitimate and you're still
proving you're nothing bit a poser without a shred of credibility.

Whereas you talk a big game but just sorta end up undulating in place.
Chuck's a Man of Honor whereas you are a low-life playing pretend, and
riding the coat-tails of Americans who fought for this country. A
poser.

It's a low measured by the distance between a real veteran, in this
case ~Chuck~, and posing losers who brag that they were but never
were. You know - the blowhards who after demanding proof from others
somehow never seem to be able to submit proof of their own ~you~. Your
great big bubble of a facade's been burst, Jinnie. Better get after
that spin and casting aspersions and making shit up about the people
nailing you to the wall because it's clear you got no relevant answer
for the (thus far) total absence of any proof ~whatsoever~ that you,
the subject and star of so many of your stories of the military, were
ever in the military. Of course, this makes one wonder that if the
veterans up in Livingston find out about what you've been doing, if
they might have to convene some of that Texas Justice you like to talk
about. Loser.

Maybe they are in the first stages of building a case to incarcerate
you and want to force you into dragging more and more innocent Smiths
in so they can maximize you time. Convicted criminals have no voting
rights, if I was your Representative I'd
be thinking. "What the hell, this dork won't be able to vote for me
next election anyway, he will have a record by then....I'll just throw

Jinnie has no answer so it's back the imagination as a lame substitute
for an answer. Of course, Jinnie - with Don's cooperation you could
send your information to Don, forbidding him to share it with anyone -
including Chuck - and he could report how what Chuck is making a very
strong case for stacks up with reality. I trust in Don's inpartiality
to lay it out straight and keep your information private. You don't
even have to send him your social security - keep that private. Just
show Don some sort of item of proof of a military background with
numbers which are different from what Chuck has determined. Maybe
include a recent document with the actual street number blacked out
showing what street you live on if it isn't Spring Creek Loop. If
Chuck is so wrong, Jinnie, this ought to be super easy for you. What's
stopping you? It's put up or shutup time, Jinnie. So far you've done
neither and I expect that's how it will remain. Prove me wrong, if
you can.
...bsrp
...jlk
Chuck? Chucks desperate right now, the Govt don't appear to want to
supply him any information....When and if I send Don anything, Chuck
should be very scared.
Because if I was in and the USG says they have no record of it.....It
could mean they are telling the truth or it could mean Chucks stepped
into something they want kept quite....I can't imagine what that would
be, I wasn't involved in the Kennedy assassination or a international
spy. All I know I spent over 10 years in the service because I'm
under VA care, the lady who took my I.D. picture totalled the time up
off my DD214's. BTW being in the service back when I was in is not
what you think Jerry, I dunno what its like now but they make it look
nice on T.V. heh heh.......Not all shoot em up hair raising adventure
I mean. There was a lot of waiting around bored out of your skull
intersected by short periods of fierce action......I bet we stood in
more lines than people on Welfare ever had to. Stand in line for this,
stand in line for that- - -This needed to be filled out in triplicate,
go back to the end of the line. They even had short arm inspection
lines. So
I tell this Corpsman, man I ain't been on liberty in 18 weeks. No way
I have the Clap. Shut up and stay in line boot-this line is for
overseas shots like yellow fever and cholera. Shit to this day I won't
stand in a damn line, don't care if their giving money & free nookie
away......I Ain't getting in line....its probaly a Navy trick anyway!

We never killed no civilians either, the way our A.O. was....The enemy
had to move
through unpopulated areas to reach their fording points...The peasants
knew where these were and stayed well clear. And that NVA Officer? I
provided palliative care for him....shit I should get a humanitarian
award for ending his suffering! 0~;)P
Nope, it just says "This is to Certify James E. Smith, First Class,
U.S. Navy
has Satisfactorily completed the Course of Instruction in Couter
Insurgery Training."

Nope, came home....worked hard and kept my nose clean....Like most
Vets especially in country Vietnam Vets...I moved around quite a lot
and went through a couple of divorces....No drug problems, No Mafia
association....I was to low down in the Teamsters for that...All I did
was beat up scabs and whack on the fancy cars
Management tried to drive through picket lines. Red, White and Blue
Chuck...your talking to a guy who served his country in time of war
then lived the life of a working man. . . Glory, Glory Halaluya
hahahahaha 0~;-*
Speaking of lines, I remember waiting outside a building for shots at
Fort Jackson, SC with about 400 other boots at the reception center.
Somebody started a rumor that we were all going to "get a square needle
in the left nut." One kid got so worked up and worried about it that
when he finally got inside and the medic touched him, he passed out in fear.
There was sure a lot of hurry up and wait in all branches of the service
back then - probably still is. It was 5 or 6 years after I got out
before I found anything worth waiting in line for. I got out 40 years
ago, and still hate lines!
Don
The Navy rarely used my middle name....Even my I.D. card had James E.
Smith
I have a sea story on the M.I. only thing, got the shit beat out of
myself up at
A.P. Hill because I wouldn't tell a instructor what the E. stood for.
They caught us stealing corn and enveloped the whole element. We were
lined up at attention in a long row and he's walking down the line
looking at dog tags.....He goes "Whats the middle initial stand for?"
" Smith, James E. xxxxxxx Leading Petty Officer USN SIR"
"Let me see your I.D. Card."
so I give it to him
"What does the E. stand for?"
"E"
"No, I want your middle name you capitalist lackey!"
"E"
"WHAT NAME DOES IT STAND FOR?"
"E"
every time I say "E" he rifle butts or Punch's me with his fist.
So I'm down on the ground getting kicked by then when this LT jg steps
out of line
and says in a squeaky voice "E Stands for echo you stupid asshole!"
So the instructor walks off down there and starts beating the shit out
of him.
He let us eat our stolen corn though....Later in the week we found his
jeep hidden in the woods along a logging trail and let all the air out
of its tires, he had gotten tired of waiting for us to come along &
cross the trail so he walked down in a nearby ravine to see if there
was sign of us there....somebody even took the rotor cap. I made the
kid drop it in a river we crossed because if he had been caught with
it at a way point.....they would have crippled him...and he would have
to start the 9 week course again when he got out of the Hospital. They
made you complete certain schools.....If you got rolled back- - -Tough
shit.....So most of what I have says James E. you dumb ass. ;)P

heh, that sounds about right....The E-2's and E-3's working around
dispensary's
like to put the wind up another poor kids ass when they got a
chance...Some
flunky orderly checking names probably started the rumor up at the
front of the line.
Sailors tended to get them back while going through short arm
inspections when they got some time under their belt though...We
always got our shots with a needle and syrenge....When the shot gun
came along,,,,they ran the Marines through like cattle...shooting them
in the arm with that air gun. I was over at sick bay one day picking
something up when the Navy decided to vaccinate a couple of battalions
of the Fleet Marine force. Their all in line working their way up to
this door...A Corpsman's on the other side with one of them wicked
looking shot guns and its going off like a automatic weapon. These Jar
heads close enough to the hatch to hear the chuke chuke sound and
groans are turning pale, you could tell they were scared so I stopped
to watch....One of them gets up there and jerks his arm, the needle of
air slashed him and blood flew everywhere......I swear at least a
squad of them must have passed out, Corpsmen running every which way
trying to revive Marines with smelling sauce capsules, I laughed till
I cried...This Marine Officer got mad & threw me out of
sickbay.....told me I should be ashamed of myself! "For what....I
ain't giving the shots? Had to go back the next day to pick up what I
came for! 0~;)
Not everyone, just you and Jerry K.....the rest have been smart enough
to bail.
