really cut my old flailing ass to the bone.. Its clear Chuck's not even in the

Yo, dummy - not me caring so much and doing the chickendance over
supposed "technicalities."

Baseless accusation - gee, I spanking someone yet? There was no
ommission. There was no lie - by me or anyone else.

As has been (often) explained before, no mdeals were "upped" and as
for the web page, the information detailed concerned a team I was
*not* a member of when the medals were awarded and described and as
for the webpage, it wasn't my webpage - I was on it the following year
but I was never its webmaster - so you're wrong on that point, too.

Lobotomy via his ass? You would do this? Utilizing an electronic
medium to accomplish this idea? Now, this isn't representitive of a
personality problem at all, oh no. Oh, wait...

There you go again Jimmy, talking about someone else's ass. You really need to
keep that "little sailor" in check.

BY THE WAY JIMMY, DO YOU REALLY SUCK? I mean outside of skydiving, everyone
knows that you SUCKED back in the day. In that respect, you're current:)

No, when you get caught, as has often been demonstrated in here, your
technique is to change the subject, lie, cast aspersions, attack the
method of argument as opposed to the argument itself, or even try to
explain it all away with the idea that if something, no matter how
far-fetched, *could* happen, well, that's what happened - all the
while pointedly *not* providing proof supporting the far-fetched
notion. As for me, I'm absolutely openminded to the idea that I can
be "caught," but then, for all your accusations, baseless that they
have been thus far, you have yet to come up with any proof, past or
present, with which to "catch" me, or anyone else. Sorry, Jimmie -
saying something went down doesn't mean it went down so describe the
website, provide the links, quote the text, detail the offense.
"Catch" me if you can. Oh, lordy, he might call my bluff!!! What
ever will I do!? Harharhar!!! Here's the link, now get to work:

>
>>There was no lie - by me or anyone else.
>
>This from a nit picker who wants to walk around with a yardstick measuring boot
>camp bayonets

Hell, it wasn't me who described this WWI bayonet as, not just looking
or appearing, but *being* a yard long. When I read that, the meager
amount of military trivia I possess suggested to me that while WWI
bayonets were long, as compared to the WWII issue, they couldn't be a
yard long - that would be ridiculous. Cracked some books, surfed the
net, did some research, tried to find *any* reference to a yard long
bayonet in WWI but came up with nothing. Busted you on it and what
did you say? Oh, they *appeared* a yard long. Frick'n weak, dude.
You woulda been better off just saying you were mistaken and moved on.

>fails to mention it was intermediate and not expert medal?
>tsk tsk tsk.

Ya know, no matter how often you drag this really worthless contention
as a line of argument up, the fact remains now as it ever was: the
medal classification was detailed and until you come up with some sort
proof (talking *real* proof, not some other baseless accusation), you
don't have a leg to stand on. It's kinda whittling down your
arguments when you keep on bringing this idea up but somehow, never
ever post some sort of proof to support your contention. Stop being
an ass - support a claim for once.

>>As has been (often) explained before, no >mdeals were "upped"
>
>Yeah, you do protest a lot kid

It's inversely proportional to the amount of proof you present. Every
time you bring it up (which is a lot) it gets denied. Seems you have
a choice: you can, 1) present some proof in which case, denying would
be pointless or you could 2) give it up in which case denying would be
unnecesarry. But then, there is the 3rd option which is far easier
for you, a lot more comforting, but certainly ineffective: continue
making baseless accusations as a substitute for proof. Unfortunately,
you'll have to weather future denials and ridicule. I'm down with it.

>
>>I was *not* a member of when the medals >were awarded
>
>yeah, thats about right, distance yourself
>from the crime boy, throw it on prior team mates!

Hardly, just (another) unassailable argument thus denying your
contention. Not that any "crime" was ever committed - you've yet to
prove that as well but even if there *had* been a crime, it would have
been committed in circumstances where I was not a factor. Unless you
want to, maybe after you prove some sort of "crime" was committed,
also provide proof detailing how I was, somehow, a part of this crime.

>>I was never its webmaster
>
>oh yeah, your computer was down and you were in the Hospital with a coma right?

No, of course not. Having a working computer does not a webmaster
make. If you looked at the site then, as you certainly can now, you
will see, quite clearly just who the webmaster was and still is and
you will see that it is not now, nor was it ever, myself. So, that
contention has just also been sunk...for the upteenth time...

>>so you're wrong on that point, too.
>
>Oh yeah, make me the bad guy for pointing out something you failed to mention.

Stop you're whining you dumb bitch. You brought it up. Lucky for you
you're too weak to get to a dz and try it live - I'd give you an
Atomic Wedgie for being such an ass. As for pointing out something
"(I) failed to mention..." all you have is someone *else* pointing
out an apparent anomaly which was quite handily, reasonably and
legitimately explained at the time. Weak little bitch that you were
(and still are), you sizied upon this fingerfull of chaff as an angle
of aspersion which you recyle, over and over, every few months, weeks,
and lately - days. Each time you get spanked and ridiculed for it
because each time you fail to put up any sort of proof beyond you
saying, such and such occurred. Not me making you out to be some "bad
guy," you give me too much credit. It's you, all you, bringing it on.
You're an ass.

Yeah the first couple of hundred jumps I sucked big time. Everybody usually
does....THEN IT CLICKED....not bad for a creaky old fukker that started in his
mid 50's, it just takes airtime, airtime, airtime and patience, If I'd of been
as young as you when I started I'd of have been a world class bigway skydiver
by 600 jumps kid...doubt I wudda joined a team though, that looked more like a
grind than fun and I was a fun jumper every step of the way

Pay attention, doofus - you were talking about the reward on your

mean the team page, show where I attached any sort of award.

I got caught in not being aware of some lie by omission by someone
else? Okay - except, that's bullshit since there was no lie by
omission.

>then under the third degree had to admit you weren't a
>member of the team when the medal in question was won...

I "had to admit" nothing - it we me who provided that detail when it
was suggested (without any base in reality, mind you) that I was
somehow responsible for this (unproven) "lie by omission," when it was
abundantly clear and described on the webpage that I only joined the
team the following season, after the medal was awarded (and
accurately, without omission described).

>NOW tell us why it was
>even attached to your vanity page?

As for *my* vanity page, no such thing exists, beyond the one on yahoo
where a bunch of my shots are, but as for the team page - the team won
some medals one year and some more the next since and as the webpage
was being updated as the seasons, before I joined and after,
transpired, meet results were not unreported.

So you admit I had alibi's for your baseless accusations. Gee, I
understand an alibi to be proof against an accusation and you've, as
yet, been unable to: 1) make any accusation that wasn't baseless, and
2) disprove any alibi provided thus far. As for not doing the right
thing and not coming clean - when the question was raised, it was
immediately addressed and completely explained - just as it has been
explained in reponse to the numerous attempts by you to muckrake this
(non) issue into some sort of angle of aspersion. Funny, how
everytime the end result is you never having proved a thing beyond
your evident enjoyment of being ridiculed.

>

Oh gawd, here we go - he's been watching Wapner on the satellite tv
again so, once again, now it's back to the old and oft tried angle of
some sort of legalistic charade. Fine and good - I've danced circles
around you in this angle in the past just as I shall, no doubt, do in
the future - as I am doing so now.

As to the charge, I plead not guilty and suggest the prosecution drop
his charge on the grounds that "USPA2000" is too vague of a notion, a
subjective assignation, not one currently described by law or even
"common knowledge," and because it is only the frivilous, assmunch
blatherings of an already proven liar. State your case, Madam
Prosecutor.

Yep, it's limited to the team members but that's by the by, you've yet
to describe or prove anything beyond baseless accusation regarding
this purported "lie by omission by *anyone,* let alone specifically
myself.

>
>>Okay - except, that's bullshit

>I could see you thought that when you copped it for your personal page

I certainly did no such thing. Provide the link to this "personal
page." Detail the elements within this "personal page," where
anything was "copped." You can't and you won't but I dare you,
nonetheless. After you're done, feel free to dare me to detail
instances where *you* lied by omission concerning the nature of your
National RW Medal.

>> under the third degree had to admit you >weren't even a member of the team

Nevermind that what you cut out from my statement was that a complete
and full answer to the question made at the time was provided -
without the benefit or coersion of some bullshit "3rd degree" but only
in response to the simple question. Well, by all means, proceed with
the prosecution - thus far it's been nothing but baseless accusations
- hardly a prosecution of anything.

>>All I heard was alibi's, you didn't didn't do >the right thing and come clean.

No, they are as strong now as they were then. State your case and the
*very same* alibis, and not flimsy ones by any means, will do the job
again, as you shall see.

>
>> baseless,
>
>Thats what everybody...even if caught red handed like the ENRON 12, likes to

They are baseless and as you prefer making your accusations without
any base, so they shall remain.

>Therefore their must be a investigation

I'm not stopping you. Go right ahead. But I *will* ridicule for
being an ass. I can stand the "investigation" - we'll see how the
investigation measures up to reality and how the "investigator" stands
up to the ridicule. We'll see how the "investigator," himself stands
up to questions concerning his *own* lies of omission.

>
>>when the question was raised, it was

>yeah, I was kept in the dark and wasn't involved right?

Not that there was anything to be involved in but as for being kept in
the dark, no - I looked at the webpage before and after I became a
member of the team.

>t was your page,

Oh, if you mean specifically the various pages devoted to each of the
team members then, yes - there was a page within the team webpage
devoted to me. That said, wherein on that specific page was there any
lie, omission, medal misclassification, ect?

>had
>"JERRY KORNSHACK" across it in banner letters and a picture of two Chicks.

No, you must be thinking of a different page from the one I'm thinking

the page you are trying to describe, no matter how stupid.

I didn't attach anything to my "vanity page" concerning awards, ect.
1) there was no attachement of my own personal award information, & 2)
I was incapable of attaching anything to this supposed vanity page as
I am now, as I was then, never its webmaster. But then, I'm still
waiting for some sort of proof (like a link or something beyond
baseless accusation). Denying your bullcrap is easy - but as for

Yeah that effected my mind, made it a personal thing....like a vendetta you

I ain't never got over it even with the coping skills trained into us durning
the program..
You see that shit the MP's done to the Iraqi prisoners? That ain't shit, just
the basics or first stages of breaking people down mentally for information and
perhaps brain washing. Sleep dreprivation is a given in the military. Food and
water were
also witheld from us on a regular basis in all phases of training. In the POWTC
the first step was being stripped naked and not being given your cloths or
boots back...They used blindfolds not hoods though and made us kneel in rows
while
a cardre walked behind the rows with a cadre with a bamboo staff using a
halting stop walked behind us. You would hear clump clump clump pause
WACK Auggggg! Clump clump clump
pause...felt like he was behind you about then and nothing, clump clump clump
he would stand behind another canadate...their might be a whack and scream of
pain and maybe not...it was all about mind games you see. ;)
Gotta take a crap or otherwise releave yourself? big trouble They had a large
pit just outside the wire filled with human waste from the class's ahead of
you...ok ya gotta go you gotta go...so they pick someone out of the line and
tie you together on a short rope, then you walk down into the pit
barefooted...get out knee deep and the guy who had to do his buisness has to do
it.. Guards are standing above you on the berm in Mao hats with a cross between
Chicom and Castro uniforms on holding bolt action rifles cussing you and
working the bolts or throwing dirt clods. Then they had these three box's
buryed in the ground...if you didn't cooperate to their satisfaction durning
interrogation you had to squat down in one a size to small while they forced
the lid down on your head cramming you in...talk about hurt. I gave them a good
cussing so they pulled me out and beat the holy shit out of me....Good deal, it
got me outta the box long enuff to stretch...They also had a wall of studs they
liked to sling you up against...Its about the mind Jerry...their just working
on your mind because thats where the pain begins and ends...Wanting all those
4-way medals is in your mind Jerry. Toughen up and try to get them the old
fahioned/ right way, earn them with sweat, don't try to cop them!!. ;-P

No one was made to look bad, one way or the other, since the medal's
classification was indeed pointed out as soon as mention of it was put
on the website.

>Somebody won the expert, who was it?

This information was also pointed to on the website.

>See how your deception has spread,

No, can't say I do but then, there was no deception beyond you
deceiving yourself into believing that your contention has any basis
in reality and again, saying something is so is nothing - any jackass
can do that. Prove it. Provide the links. Detail what was
described, omitted, or otherwise. You can't - all you got is just
your sayso and as you have often proved in the past, your sayso is
often significantly outside of the truth and reality. Don't just say
it - prove it. Until then you're just blowing smoke out of your ass.

>like

No reason to since there was no deception. Detail this supposed
deception on my or anyone else's part. Show where on the website
there was deception. Quote the text, provide the link. Display the
proof which backs your contention. You can't.

>

Another stupid cutn'paste - superior method, jackass - sure beats
making a solid argument, eh? Do you really think the history, what
people write, isn't out there? Do you actually believe that if you
change what was written you can win an argument. Here's what you
said:

As for being "determained to keep the stolen medal classification,"
no, of course not, since no medal classification was ever stolen by
me, the team, the team's website, or its webmaster.

I'd buy that - but you'd be the one turning to the wall and dropping

That's bullshit - making a straight answer to a legitimate question is

do. Shall I post the exchange and rub your face in it? I can.

>

>Every crooked sumbitch in the world does.

Yeah, well - it's up to you to disprove them, I guess, eh? Calling
them alibis does not make them any less true. Providing proof which
destroys the alibis is the *only* way to prove what you're trying to
prove. Until then, they are legitimate and proven answers to the
questions made at the time. They stood up then, do you doubt they
would not stand up now? The exchange is just a few clicks of a mouse
away. Gonna bring it up or shall I?

> but

Pay attention, buttmunch. The award I was referencing above is the

As for medals on the team's webpage, it was worth it to the webmaster
and the rest of us appreciated it.

Who gives a rat's ass about that. The ones I got I know I earned and

Unlike you, I'm not out pretending that medals somehow afford
legitimacy. The world has bigger fish to fry.

>You did the wrong thing,

I most certainly did not and I most certainly was not - there was
nothing to catch - no bust was made. A legitimate question was raised
and completely answered at the get go. What all this is, is you
flailing about for some angle of aspersion and annoyance but no big
deal, you say one thing but never come close to moving past contending
to proving and as for annoying, no, this is highly amusing. Like I

The webmaster, if he cared to, would take you apart, just as I have

quoting text which would, quite easily, blow your idiotic contentions
out of the water but whether he does or does not is his own lookout.

No, I will not have to do anything because, as is evident on the site,
there is no problem and no issue which brings about any grievance.

No, you made an *attempts* at doing that but you've yet to provide a

proof *whatsoever* that 1) something reprehensible occurred, and 2)
that this (unproven) issue was caused by myself or anyone else on the

question," while ignoring the answer, you lost your argument. But
anyone could have predicted that - you couldn't argue your way out of
a wet paper bag.

Well, that's their own lookout but if they've read my reponses to your
accusations, when they check out the page they might very well think,
"Wonder what sort of bullshit, line of crap Jimmie's gonna be
shrieking next?"

Oh, woe - *My reputation, my reputation!!!* Yo, Jimmie - most of us
here on this planet manage to get by just fine without worrying about
what others might be thinking - let alone what some jackass might
infer because someone else had a question about a webpage.

>Thats the Psyops world boy, think - don't just react

You might take that lesson to heart sometime. I mean, you been
reacting bigtime but as for thinking? Nope, nary a sign.

Yeah - I wonder what the covert angle on that one is, eh?

Hasn't been a pool at Nationals since Sebastian in '99. Sure, if you
don't have vid, you can scrounge around and maybe dig someone up but
they gotta register with the team and pay to compete, just like
everyone else. As for vid being used for a tool - duh - training and
judging, but the vidgeek slot is just as much a part of a team as
inside center or point.

So you say - all right - and what specifically on my "vanity page"
lead you to that conclusion. It all comes down to proof, dummy - you
gonna buck up and do the legwork? You've yet to show me the link
wherein such nonsense is written, described, or alluded to,

Quote, chapter and verse, wherein it is written, says, or even
suggests the camerageek in year one either left me his medal and/or I
took credit for it. Go ahead, numbnuts. You can't, you won't
------>just a bag of wind.

It's interesting to note that I've dared you on numerous occasions,
and even welcomed you to come up with this evidence, beyond just what
you just assert, while at the same time you seem somewhat *hesitant*
in suggesting I come up with the evidence which supports my own
assertions concerning your own medal misrepresentations. Wonder why
that is, Jimmie? Got something to hide? The Pops folk might very
well think so. You gonna bite the bullet and dare me? Wriggle away!

In what way? Near as I can tell, and you've certainly presented
nothing to support your ideas, there's been no foul. I'm not to clear
on how, if there was no fall, it could be taken.

Well, you'd have to ask the webmaster why he built it and put it up
but my understanding is that it would be fun to have a webpage for our
team which begs the question, why were you bragging on the usenet
about your medal while at the same time neglecting to accurately
describe what kind of medal it was? Vanity? Vanity is too soft of a
word----->try arrogance.

>I mean its allowable, I'm just trying to get
>you to examine your own motives

What, motivation behind the website? You're asking the wrong person -
try asking the webmaster who created it - but be sure to explain to
him and certainly don't forget to point out to him where and what on
the website is so odious. Specifically this misrepresentation you
speak of but don't just say such a thing occurred because, as you've
proven, any jackass can make any one of assorted dumbass
pronouncements and accusations - you gotta detail it. Otherwise, you
run the risk of having what actually exists shoved in your face and
what actually exists as compared to what you say exists might very
well be worlds apart. If you mean the motivation behind this supposed
misrepresentation, well then, I say there was no misrepresentation and
it's kinda difficult to describe a motivation behind an action which
never occurred. If you can establish it occurred then a motivation
might be discovered but then, you sure have been hesitant to establish
anything, beyond you just being an ass.

Don't get in a huff, nothing wrong with it
as long as the content is truthfull.

I say there was no misrepresentation.

Yes there was, sly but not slick enuff to fool old sharpies in the bleachers.

Why not? I mean - you had a vanity page, didn'tcha?

Then I fail to see why you're been throwing such a hissyfit over it -
especially since you've yet to present any shred of its content as
being untruthfull. Sure, you've suggested such a thing but actually
establishing the idea? Nope, not at all, but I'm still patiently
waiting for such an occurance and just as I enjoy skiing, I'm also
patiently waiting to ski the black diamonds across the back bowls of
hell.

Then, by all means, stopping passing gas and cite this supposed
misrepresentation. Until then, all you're doing is just being an ass.
