Interesting paper. I only skimmed it, but Table 11 (at the very end)
seems to indicate that there's an unaccounted-for variable: something to
deal with the VT vs NH price differential.
I had no idea there were so many XC centers in the northeast. It would
be interesting to apply the formula to California resorts.
