He knows, I know, and you know the reason: he may be mentally ill, but
he's not crazy enough to lie to an officer of the law.
I believe he is a direct threat to me. I have informed him that if he
ever stalks me in person, I will treat him as a threat and act
accordingly. Given his deranged lying, obsessional internet stalking,

and the real world harassment you are dealing with now, I believe that
is a reasonable and lawful attitude.
