Do the judge's see the change of edge going into the triple lutz? It's
very obvious even without slow motion replay. Now I do not have the final
results other than the top two but according to the ABC coverage, Nicole
beat out Elaine in the long. I disagree with the judges on that one, if
that is indded the case. I know she has pizzazz, but she just did not
have the overall clean program that Elaine did and she did NOT do a triple
lutz....she did a triple flutz as we call it.
-Granny (who judged the squirts and quite
enjoyed it, despite missing the Ladies
final on Saturay (day) but watched it on
tape the next day)
