An Eagle candidate in the local District interviewed veterans in his
county over a period of several weeks. The interviews were videotaped.
Although the equipment was professinal it was operated and questions
were asked by individuals under the leadership of the candidate.

The sessions were reproduced on DVDs and copies distributed to various
agencies in the county. The candidate gave a showing of the interviews
on his laptop computer at his Eagle Board of Review.
