Bigotry, for one.
On Tuesday, Boy Scouts of America has reaffirmed its policy of
excluding gays as scouts or leaders.

The Boy Scouts are doing the right thing. They don't want a Sandusky
scandal hitting them, and the resultant lawsuits. Better to keep the
queers out and eliminate the risk.

Scouting has never included a sexual component. It's knot tieing,

canoeing, camping, etc. Introducing homosexuality into the mix, is
not what parents are looking for from scouts.
