"The New York City Law Department is responsible for all of the legal
affairs of the City. It represents the City, the Mayor, other elected
officials, and the City's many agencies in all affirmative and
defensive civil litigation as well as juvenile delinquency
prosecutions brought in Family Court and Administrative Code
enforcement proceedings brought in Criminal Court.

Law Department attorneys draft and review local and State legislation,
real estate leases, procurement contracts, and financial instruments
for the sale of municipal bonds. The Department also provides legal
counsel to City officials on a wide range of issues such as
immigration, education, and environmental policy.

The Law Department is comprised of 17 legal divisions and 3 support
divisions. It is staffed with 690 lawyers and 850 support
professionals in 10 offices located in all five boroughs, as well as
in Kingston, N.Y.

The Law Department is led by the Corporation Counsel who is appointed
by, and serves at the pleasure of, the Mayor. We invite you to learn
more about the Law Department by exploring this Web site and to
contact us directly should you wish to learn more."

What makes his running of the office corrupt?

What evidence do you have to support your allegation?

Is he related to the famous American jurist, Benjamin N. Cardozo?

Sure!

Read the wiki page: Michael Hart Cardozo was Michael A. Cardozo's
grandfather.

__________________
Cardozo was born in New York City, the son of Rebecca Washington (née
Nathan) and Albert Jacob Cardozo.[2] Both Cardozo's maternal
grandparents, Sara Seixas and Isaac Mendes Seixas Nathan, and his
paternal grandparents, Ellen Hart and Michael H. Cardozo, were
Sephardi Jews of the Portuguese Jewish community affiliated with
Manhattan's Congregation Shearith Israel; their families emigrated
from England before the American Revolution, and were descended from
Jews who left the Iberian Peninsula for Holland during the Inquisition.
[2] Cardozo family tradition held that their ancestors were Marranos
from Portugal,[2] although Cardozo's ancestry has not been firmly
traced to Portugal.[3] "Cardozo" (archaic spelling of Cardoso),
"Seixas" and "Mendes" are common Portuguese surnames.

Benjamin Cardozo was a twin with his sister Emily. He was a cousin of
the poet Emma Lazarus. He was named for his uncle, Benjamin Nathan, a
vice president of the New York Stock Exchange and the victim of a
famous unsolved murder case in 1870.

Albert Cardozo, Benjamin Cardozo's father, was a judge on the Supreme
Court of New York (the state's general trial court) until he was
implicated in a judicial corruption scandal, sparked by the Erie
Railway takeover wars, in 1868. The scandal led to the creation of the
Association of the Bar of the City of New York and Albert's
resignation from the bench. After leaving the court, he practiced law
until his death in 1885.

Impossible.
Michael Hart Cardozo lived in the first half of the 19th century.
He was Benjamin Nathan Cardozo's paternal grandfather.

Benjamin never married and had no children.
Benjamin's sister Emily married but had no children.
The other four children of Albert & Rebecca Cardozo, Benjamin's parents,
never married.

He must be snipping away at your free-bees, you lazy sloth.
Why don't you find a job ... less time for bitching and
complaining and some responsibility may even instill some
character on your useless and lazy ass.

I know. I beat myself up about that all the time. I should've had my
teeth fixed when I was a kid. My smile would be so much more appealing
now. In any event, It is what it is. Thanks for bringing my ugliness
to my attention, like I wasn't self conscious enough about it already.
I'm not a very public person. Putting that picture up in public was a
real big deal for me. Now you have me thinking it was a big mistake,
like I should just take the whole site down. Thanks a lot.

We it is necessary to point here, that, in The Bellevue Hospital vs
Marcus Little case, according to original official case transcript,
The City of New York/Bellevue Hospital HHC did not appear in court for
closing arguments; they were absent from school that day.

Judge Spooner had no choice but to then dismiss the case.

Spooner did, however, make a detailed statement regarding the
egregious lack of any apparent Hospital Protocol for investigating the
claims of the injured plaintiff -- aka, The Patient on Lockdown
Custody inside Bellevue Hosptial, in spring 2006 -- and he cited
numerous instances of hospital staff expressing concerns for their
safety if they made any statements in the case.

Don't get me wrong: I am not advocating smoking.

But are you actually in any criminal collusion with NYC Counsel
Michael A. Cardozo, who in the past, had professional ties to The
American Cancer Society, and who likely bases his legal repuration on
these past ties to The American Cancer Society?

Have you at any time been granted immunity from prosecution, in regard
to the series of events in my case, which I reported to you in 2008?

If so, by whom? Was this NYS, NYC, or Federal prosecutors?

No on pays attention to any of your complaints.

Your history is one of failing to take your recommended meds and then
fighting with the NYC cops.

Everyone in the NYC establishment knows your history.

Yes it does follow.

Are you sure they knew your leg was broken?

Your history includes fighting with hospital personnel and not
cooperating with treatment instructions, among other uncivilized behavior.

They knew you would refuse treatment because you told them as much.
Your behavioral history included assault and battery.

You can't have it both ways, Twitty.

You can't refuse their treatment plus fight with them, then claim they
failed to treat you.

Perhaps you should have exhibited civilized behavior from the gitgo and
your outcome would have been different.

If you were unable to act in a civil manner because of a medical
condition, then you should have taken the medication they offered you.

You have no one to blame but yourself.

How many times does this have to be explained to you before you get it?

Charles Grassley doesn't give a rat's ass about you, Twitty.
He's a U. S. Senator from the State of Iowa.
You have no connection to Iowa. You live in New York City.
Typically, members of Congress ignore complaints from people outside the
geographical area that's home to their constituency.

That's exactly what will happen to your communication to Grassley's
office, particularly when staff learns you're homeless from New York
City and have a track record of unstable behavior, if they even get that
far.

You're deluding yourself to think anyone from Congress cares about your
plight.

If the local agencies and their social workers who deal with the
homeless haven't been able to help you, then you're out of options.

You really need to examine your own history and comes to terms with your
own behavior.

Try being honest with yourself for a change. Your own behavior was not
correct, was it, Twitty?

You assume that she isn't employed or seeking employment. She's here,
and she caught your attention. She's apparently got skills of some
sort. You're wrong for not allowing yourself a broader perspective, to
see the bigger picture. You're wrong for complaining to her and about
her because doing so is obviously a waste of your time. Your wrong for
not offering a job or finding a place for her to fit in if you have
that capacity because that's the only way out of the mess we're in.

She's homeless.

If she's employed, then she's not employed to capacity.

I agree she's got skills.

I've dealt with her and know her history well enough that my perspective
is more than adequate.

She croons the same old tune over and over again. She wants to blame
local officials for problems of her own making.

She has to take responsibility for her own actions.

She needs to avail herself to those locally who can help her. It doesn't
appear she's willing to do that, or having done it, not willing to
follow through.

Or maybe she's just fallen through the cracks because she has a
disabilty she's not willing to deal with.

You should get yourself into NYC, find her, interview her, slip her a
few bucks, then come back and tell us what she should do.

Oh... don't forget to get her agreement that she'll do as you suggest.
