managed another good week. 7 days of running totaling 12.5 miles.
For this week's speed session I tried doing quarter mile splits. Actually 400 meters and 200 meter recovery distance. Goal was 10 minute pace (2:30) for 6 intervals. I only made 5. At the fourth interval I was clearly slowing down. Some days are good and some not so good.
Counting yesterday, I have 15days running in a row. Now off to make it 16 days.
I am going to need to add some more distance. Maybe today. (morning off work cause of dentist appointment at 11am). I'll let you know how it goes.
