dnr (again)

PT appointment coming on Wednesday. Should be my hike day, but not
likely I would be able to anyway.

Near term goal: hopes for a best-in-years perfomance in the Harold
Chapson Memorial 8K on the 10th have faded away. Doesn't seem likely
I'll even be able to show up for it.

Intermediate term goal--to be able to finish (yeah, I know!) the Great
Aloha Run on President's Day. I think crutches are allowed in that one,
if necessary.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you Bart. What a shame that frolicking
in the surf seems to have set you back so far.

I did start a separate post for "Jan 3rd 2010" ( since I screwed up
the year on this posting ) ... looks like as usual it will take me a
couple of weeks to actually remember the correct year ... my apologies
to all the wrecks ... feel free to post into either topic but 2010 is
preferred.

Thanks, John.

I can't believe I didn't notice that. One of the strange things I've
noticed about my senility is I don't write checks for the year before a
few times early on, like I still did when I was young or only
middle-aged. I've gone several years now without that mistake.
