Keeping it simple here ...

I will do my best to run inside less this winter than I did last
winter. I probably had 10 or 12 days inside running last winter.

The resolution will get put to the test immediately this week as a
long string of temperature predictions point to a week of day time
highs only in the 20's.

Still that's a lot better than Minnesota or Illinois apparently

Less running inside?

So, it's going to be another year of no progress on that personality,
hygiene, fashion sense, and goofy hair style of yours?

Come on, 20's aren't so bad. I had to put down my hood after I got
warmed up today.

This snow though, will it ever end?

Well the winter training with the sliding will just means better times
to come in the spring.

I'll go out down to around 10, *if* there's no wind to speak of.

20 or above is fine, unless it's really blowing.

Get your poker chips out and toss em onto the table buddy!

I had 80 miles in last week with just one of the days ( at 8 miles )
inside. This week probably looking at 55 with one day inside at 8
miles.

My posting said this week would test that resolution ... not break
that resolution!

This morning it was 12 degrees out with a stiff wind ... I have 6.5 in
so far will do another 5 probably late this afternoon.

The severe cold has canceled the annual
"resolution runner" entertainment in my
part of the country.
The real runners are still out there.

You got that right ... I only saw 1 other runner out yesterday on my
trails ...

I have not seen any horse riders out recently at all. Last winter was
also a bad one for the horse trail riders as the crusty and icy
conditions prevailed.
