When Tamar Fellner died, Sean Flaharty, a well respected member of
ACE, was reported to have told the media that Fellner did nothing to
endanger herself. A few enthusiasts have even reported that Sean was
vocal to other enthusiasts concerning "keeping quiet" about the
tragedy.
In an email from coaster enthusiast Tina Nelson(more on her a bit
later), it was reported that former ACE rep Scott Holmes and Carol
Holmes trespassed onto the property of the now defunct Chippewa Lake
Park by going "under a hole in the fence". They even encouraged Tina
to do this and gave her directions to the park. Scott was an ACE rep
at the time of this illegal act. It is posted that nobody is to go
onto the grounds.
Coaster enthusiast April Bogdanski is known for her wild behavior at
the parks. In August of 2002, April robbed a pop machine at Indiana
Beach during a coaster event. April also takes part in unsafe behavior
on rides, including rocking seats on ferris wheels and sky lifts and
unlocking restraints on coaster trains(most notably the ones on the
Villian at Geauga Lake, Twisted Twins at SFKK and the original train
on Holiday World's Legend-which is where she first showed me that this
could be done. I will not post the directions as that doesn't do the
parks any favors. I will never post how to unlock a restraint. I will
say that ACE member Ron Burk and another enthusiast named Corey
Jessup(who tries to legalize his line jumping by faking disabilities)
were involved in telling me how to unlock the restraints. That doesn't
mean that I took part in this, it just means that they informed me and
have possibly informed others how to do so. April's unsafe behavior by
leaning out of a chairlift car encouraged her cousin to do so at a ski
resort. As the result of this, April's cousin suffered a broken leg
after falling out of the chair. It may not have been at a park when
this happened, but it did involve a ride.
Enthusiast Ron Burk will line jump if he can get by with it and he
also tries to cover up the unsafe and sometimes illegal actions of
others. Let's not forget the restraints that he knows how to and tells
others how to unlock on certain coasters.
ACE member Brad Sherman thought there was "nothing wrong" with April
Bogdanski's theft at Indiana Beach and that it was "just a 50 cent
pop". That attitude isn't needed. IB is a wonderful park and deserves
total respect from all of the enthusiasts. Brad Sherman has taken on
ride photos and trespassed onto the grounds at Chippewa Lake Park. He
is a well respected enthusiast.
Tina Nelson was caught in the act of violating a law in the state of
Ohio that regards obeying rules of amusement rides. She was caught
taking pictures on coasters at Paramount's Kings Island. She posted
these photos on her website. Since getting caught, Tina has gone to a
private website where she can post "whatever the hell" she wants. She
is also not making her website public and is only sharing it with her
"trusted friends". Tina Nelson is hiding something-her onride
photographs that she obtained illegally, plus defaming and untrue
information about certain coaster enthusiasts. Who are the "trusted
friends" of Tina Nelson? Here is a partial list.-Bill Lentzh(not sure
of the spelling)-Bill is known online as Rollergator, Brad Sherman, a
fellow "criminal", Ron Burk-a known line jumper and restraint
violator, April Bogdanski-a known criminal, line jumper and restraint
violator, Sean Flaharty-reported to have attempted to cover up the
Fellner mishap, Scott Holmes-known trespasser, Carol Holmes-a known
trespasser and finally Tina Nelson has, according to Tina Nelson,
cultivated a friendship with Paula Werne of Holiday World-a park that
claims to have a zero tolerance policy on unsafe riding beahvior.
Paula Werne once said the only people banned from Holiday World were
those who insisted upon behaving in an unsafe manner. Some people
banned from that park were banned for having the balls to tell that
psycho park that certain situations were not handled fairly. Paula
spreading misleading information about people online is beyond me, but
I think it has to do with the fucked up religion that is promoted at
Holiday World. Christianity promotes the belief that we are all
forgiven for our wrong actions-for example, if someone kills another
human being and then asks God for his forgiveness, then the person who
committed murder is forgiven. I think everyone who is banned from
Holiday World should enter the park as a test of the Koch family's
religious beliefs. If the Koch family can walk the walk, no charges
will be filed against anyone because they are Christians and they will
show forgiveness. If the Koch family fails to show forgiveness, then
the religion they are promoting will have lost its validity. I know
the people at HW are going to be livid when they read this, but it is
true. Christians are all about cover ups and manipulation as much as
the enthusiasts are. I encourage everyone to share the information in
this post with others. It is also a damn shame that Tina Nelson's
investigating skills aren't as good as her fucking skills.

The funny thing about all of this is that I don't really know any of the
people most directly involved with this, other than a casual acquaintance
with Sean and the Holmeses through ACE events and RRC.
But it's PAINFULLY obvious that this is Darren Mullins continuing his
pathetic and dangerous obsession with Tina. Apparently being very publicly
mocked in ARN&R wasn't enough for him. He's out for more.
And for anyone wondering, he's only mad at Holiday World for banning him
for threatening and stalking her on their property.
And let me take a minute to applaud Holiday World for this action. Sure,
there are plenty of weirdos in our hobby. But I have no problem being at
any park or event with any of them, even some of my most notorious online
rivals. But I'd honestly be afraid to be at a park with this psycho. You
never know what someone this crazy and obsessed would do. Kudos to Holiday
World for making their park safer for all of us!

Actually, what you are saying when translated is "The purpose of this

nor wants to hear, but I'm going to do it anyway, because I don't like
these people".

Was Reported? That dosen't make it fact. That just means someone
told you(unless you made it up, which Is my personal belief. The
second sentence is also hear say. BTW, in print, that Libel, and if
you say that to other people, it is slander. Guess who is breaking

Do you know what Statue of Limitations means? Look it up if not, I
don't feel like explaining. But basically, since you didn't report
them for this "illegal act" by a certain time that I'm sure is passed,
then it is no longer relevant. If you were so concerend, you would
have told the police then, but apparently you weren't. I'd like to
see you do it now "Um, officer, these people broke into a park by
going under a hole in the fence like along time ago, and I think they
should be arrested...". They'd laugh at you harder than we are(by the
way, we are laughing at you and not with you, just to make that clear.

Again, Tattle tale. If you didn't run to mommy then, its not going to
help your cause by telling people now. No one wants to hear it. You
are again spreading hear say about people, which is illegal, and you
are doing it right now...
I know April is your ex-girlfriend, and you have a vendetta against
her, but what did the other guys do to you? Nevermind, I dont' care!
Oh, andI like how you say "That doesn't mean that I took part in
this...", but then again, it dosen't mean that you resisted taking
part in this either. And about someone that none of us know getting a
broken leg on a machine (not a ride, a transport vehicle at a ski
resort, totally different thing), No one wants to hear it!
Brad Sherman ...He is a well respected enthusiast.
Trust me when I say, you, sir, are not a well respected enthusiast, so
your claims do not matter to really anybody here...

Getting caught means the park caught her and did something about it.
Did they? Or does getting caught to you mean that you know she did
it? Either way, dosen't matter! We don't Care! Go after Robb Alvey

Tina Nelson is hiding something-her onride

What is she spreading about "certain coaster enthusiasts"? Is she
telling everybody about you? Funny, you have to have a "GOOD"
reputation for it to be defamed. By being banned from almost every
coaster site on the net, as well as certain parks, I'd say you have
far less than a "GOOD" reputation, so thats not defaming anything, you
did that your self, and are doing it now with this post.
Who are the "trusted

Now you are treading into rough waters. You are attacking an official
from a park with lies. By banning "Some People...for having the balls
to tell that psycho park..." are you referring to the fact that you
were banned for more illegal behavior? Go ahead, you're digging your
legal hole alot larger and deeper.
Christianity promotes the belief that we are all
> forgiven for our wrong actions-for example, if someone kills another

If you knew anything about christianity, you would know that that is
far from true. God does grant forgiveness, but it takes repentance,
from the heart, which is alot mor ethan just "asking forgiveness".
You aren't automatically forgiven, you have to pay for your sins. The
bible says Eye for an eye, but you probably haven't read nor
understood the bible, from the way it sounds.
I think everyone who is banned from

Go right on ahead! Infact, go into the park(if you have the balls)and
announceto everyone that you are there, and then dare them to call the
police and have you arrested and see if they have the balls to do so.
I'd love to see that. Again, forgiveness in christianity is given
only when one repents. You go in with an agenda like that and you
haven't repented nor felt remorse for sins commited. They will not
lose any validity, and you'll be in jail,so I encourage you to do just
that...I'll even call ahead and get you some reservations at Holiday
World...
I know

Actually, with planning for new rides and running a successfull park

to even read, nor care about your silly little post.

And its a shame that you're still so hung up on here that you have to
post an entire thread of "Woe is me, she left me" just to make your
cock stand at attention. Go ride a coaster or do something
constructive, dumbass.
If you are a man, and have any set of balls, I implore you (is implore
too big of a word for you? Look it up if it is, I don't feel like
explaining) to read this entire post, and respond. I'll be waiting...

I never understood this aspect of Christianity. It makes no sense.
Every Christian I know says that if you accept Christ into your heart,
you're on your way.
Do whatever you want, and you're guaranteed a spot in heaven, as long
as you repent; whereas, a wonderful, kind Jew is denied that same spot
because he doesn't accept Christ as his savior. How arrogant.
Going by the Christian belief, the majority of the world is going to
hell, no?

Let's see, first you talk about how this guy (or this anonymous
poster, actually) is libeling folks, then post this.
Now, you realize that his blathering on a Newsgroup will likely NEVER
be ruled as libel. The Internet, luckily, never turned into a libel
wasteland, even though ACE officer Jeff Seifert hoped it would. The
legal opinion seems to be that the internet has no clout. No one
should be going to the internet, especially Usenet, for a fact finding
mission. Ergo, all posts ot Usenet are hearsay, and pretty
meaningless, legally.
But, I guarantee that YOU calling this guys place of work and trying
to paint him as a bad person IS slander. Even doing it anonymously is
a big issue, and if you are traced, you're in trouble. Any contact
with his employer PERIOD could get you into hot water.
And if you did that and he lost his job because of it, he would likely
get your paychecks direct deposited into his bank account for the rest
of your life.
I'm not taking any sides, but for Christ's sake stop all the fucking
libel shit. It's the most childish thing you can possibly say on
Usenet. It takes tattling to the highest level, and makes you look
like an imbecile to anyone with any concept of our legal system
whatsoever.
I'm 99.99% sure that there has never been anyone successfully sued for
libel based on a Usenet post. And if it hasn't happened yet, I can't
see it ever happening.

Boy are you hopelessly stuck in the OLD testament....... You need to study up
on the New testament, and what Jesus said. (keep in mind Jesus was God walking
the earth as a man)
For it is by free grace (God's unmerited favour) that you are saved (delivered
from judgement and made partakers of Christ's salvation) through [your] faith.
And this [salvation] is not of yourselves
[of your own doing, it came not through your own striving], but it is the gift
of God; not because of works [not the fulfillment of the law's demands], lest
any man should boast. [It is not the result of what anyone can possibly do, so
no one can pride himself in it or take glory to himself].
Ephesians 2:8-9
As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the son of man be
lifted up, and whoever believes in him may have eternal life.
John 3:14-15
I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me, though he die, yet
shall he live, and whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die.
John 11:25-26
For this is the will of my Father, that every one who sees the Son and believes
in Him should have eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.
John 6:40
Whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst; the water
that I shall give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to
eternal life.
John 3:14
My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and I give them
eternal life, and they shall never perish, and no one shall snatch them out of
My hand. John 10:27-28
and now back to COASTERS.........
Good luck with the blaspheming and "Down with Christianity" thing. By
the way, it's all green lights to Hell for you, pal.
Don't feel too bad, it's not like I hate you and want you to die a
horrible death or anyth.. ok, just kidding. I do.
But seriously kid, you're not the first person to get dumped by a
girl. The difference is, some people actually deal with it. But,
since you're kinda new at this whole "real life" thing, I'll walk you
through the options you have before you :
A. Move on with your life learning a valuable lesson about the
relationship and how things progressed. Then, apply the lessons
learned in a new relationship. This is clearly not the route you
elected to take.
B. Moan and groan to your friends about how you were dumped because
of <insert reason here>. I myself admit to doing this, but eventually
that gets tiring for you and those helpless people who are hearing it.
90% of the people who hear your problems aren't interested in hearing
them anyway, and likely the other 10% want you to have them. YOU on
the other hand, clearly have no friends, so I guess you should just
kinda skip over option B. Sorry, that's my bad.
C. Never get over it, allow it to consume your life entirely, until
you do something more stupid then your world famous antifreeze
cocktails and kill SOMEONE and spend the rest of your life behind
bars. Then you'll know the true meaning of pain when BigBubba takes a
liking to you. I've seen prison movies, perhaps you should rent a
few. You are likely to choose this option.
D. Finally, you again never get over it, allow it to consume your
life entirely, until you do something which results in you actually
killing yourself. I think I speak on behalf of the large number of
people who know the situation when I say, this is probably the option
that probably suits us the best.
The best possible way out of this is to move to Tibet. The mention of
your name brings equal parts cringe and laughter. You are the
consumate joke to the human race. An intelligent person who is
entirely self defeating himself with his own mind. You're a cancer to
the entire coaster community, and I don't even know you. Thank God
for small miracles. Oh wait, you don't believe in God. Pity.. you
will.

Actually Judaism has neither heaven, nor afterlife. On the first ten days
of each year (Rosh Hashanah to Yom Kippur), Jews pray to God to forgive
their sins and write them into the Book of Life for another year. Because
in Judaism, when you die, that's it.
You are right to an extent. It is POSSIBLE to lose salvation by
continually backsliding into sin and showing no real effort to not sin
again. God will forgive numerous times, but the Bible says that he
WILL "lift his hand" off someone who continually sins even though he
says he accepts Christ.
And Christianity is not just about repenting for your sins....you must
also accept that Jesus was and is the Christ (Enlightenened
One)....the Son of God and that he died on the cross to save mahkind
from the depths of hell.

Not going to get into a debate about christianity, but my personal
beliefs which I base on the Bible, don't allow for a Hell. I don't
believe in it. To me, a God of love would never torment someone who
lived a mere 70 or less years for an eternity.
True Christianity believes that if someone else believes differently,
they have that right. We are not judges, only God can judge. I don't
believe I'm going to heaven for being good either. And I don't
believe that a kind Jew who denies Jesus is not guaranteed a spot in
heaven. Repentance does not get you into heaven, repentance (and
death) buy your repentance.
But thats just my 2 cents, not going to turn this into a religious
debate(and I probably won't comment on it in that way anymore).
Still waiting for Darren to respond, but as I've heard, he is too much
of a wuss to respond when he is confronted. This just proves it...

Kind of like when you posted my "private" email to the newsgroup?? It's

The real issue here is why is everyone even responding to this idiot.
I can gaurentee that he is sitting in front of his computer giggling
like the child he is over the responses. The best way to deal with
total losers like him is to ignore him and let him piss into the wind
all he wants. In the end he end up getting it all over himself and no
one will care. It is amazing how ignoring people eventually causes
them to go away. If I read right and he is a teacher, someone should
find out what school district he teaches in and forward these messages
to them. This guy should not be teaching children as sooner or later
he will turn all of his internal rage (disinfrachisement, rejection,
small penis or whatever) towards children. We all have better things

Bullshit, there should be no error in these numbers. ACE pays a lot
of money to Mr. Hunt for tabulating votes. A CPA should not deliver
numbers with typing errors in them. If he did, ACE should never use
him again. Although that may make the future vote counts accurate,
which may not be what is wanted.

Seriously, I doubt that well-mannered enthusiasts are the ones we need
to worry about when it comes to preserving the memory of a park.
Someone that uses old rides as inspiration for his artwork, is not
about to act disrespectful towards them or the people that own them
(thoroughly rusted through or not). Hell, I never even went there when
it was open, since I lived a state away. You can imagine how moved I
was when I first saw this place. I've received countless emails from
employees and GP, thanking me for displaying a page of photos and info
on my site (which doesn't hold a candle to other tribute sites out
there). People don't realize how important parks are to those who grew
up with them. And I'm sure I'm not the first or last to set foot
inside the park grounds. You just don't see a place like this anymore.
The fact that it wasn't instantly replaced by development amazes me

NO, in this situation, comparing a US news organization's propaganda
ideology to the propaganda ideology of the Nazi regime is quite
plausible. I was not comparing Dan Rather to Hitler. But, as I've
said before, Goering's ideas of how to use propaganda have most
definitely been embraced by many in the US. I'm not saying it's just
a liberal thing either. But, the piece of shit I saw on CBS tonight
would have made Hermann proud.

Ummm...what does Dan Rather have to do with the Luftwaffe?
(I think you have Herr Goering confused with Josef Goebbels, the Nazi
publicist. Goering ran the Air Force.)
On a related note, I think the New York Times (well, that one "reporter",

Silly question, but how, exactly, did I become part of the EC conspiracy
theory?
Because I actually know people on the EC after having been to dozens of ACE
events -- unlike you who supposedly wants to serve on the EC, but never
goes to events? Or is it because I stand up for them when you make your
unwarranted and unfounded personal attacks?
In case you didn't know, the first I heard of the results was when I looked
at the ACE News Now site about a week ago. Sorry to burst your conspiracy
theory.
As to why I didn't comment on your ridiculous accusations? A few reasons.
For one thing, they're ridiculous and obviously so. You tried to make
similar accusations of fraudulent ballot results in the last election when
you didn't even come close and were running against a well-known person
who's spent many, many hours working for the club. I fully expected you to
claim fraud again when you lost this time, as did most people here, I bet.
And the truth is that I had nothing to say on the accusations because I
know nothing about what happened. It seemed pretty likely to me that there
was a simple transcribing error on the site, most likely on the total
number of ballots sent in. I figured that within a few days, those who
actually know what happened would have made it known. If you really want,
I can IM Brian and ask him.
And I hate to burst your bubble, but I really don't give a fuck about your
campaign. You want to know how much I cared? During the candidates
section of the club's annual meeting at the Con (which I bothered to
attend, unlike you), I didn't ask anything or make any comment, much to the
surprise of many in the room.
And you know what? I didn't even vote. Either year. Yep, that's right.
I would have, but forgot to send the ballots in before the deadline. I
wasn't worried about it, because I knew you wouldn't win. It just didn't
really matter to me. Hell, there's a little part of me that would find it
amusing if you won and actually had to do some WORK for the club! I'd love
to see you sitting in endless meetings during the convention, hating every
minute of it, while the rest of us are riding coasters! The best part
would that you'd have to go to Orlando in June for the business meeting
during the con in 2006, but you'd be too cheap to register for the
convention!
The sum total of my impact on this election was when a friend of mine who's
recently joined the club asked me about the various people on the ballot,
and I told him you were a homophobic pig who was running to stop the
conspiracy of gays who want to keep families away from events so we can get
laid and that Jerry actually cares about the club and has done work for it,
rather than trying to tear it down. Needless to say, he voted for Jerry.
And that's about it.
Sorry. You may be an annoying ass. But you simply don't MATTER in the
grand scheme of things.
If you ran against Jeffrey, then I'd probabaly vote. Because it would so
much fun on so many levels to see him whoop your ass!

Very nice. Calling one of the nicest people to ever grace RRC a jackass
for no other reason that for calling you on your ridiculous conspiracy
theories. So typical.
I really shouldn't do this, but I've been waiting for this one, and
changed my filter to see it.

I said nothing whatsoever about balloting fraud last year. Simply
that some ACErs have little faith in thier CPA's honesty. And that I
think they have dealt with him for way too many years.

I e-mailed Carole three days ago. There is no way this is a
transcribing error, unless it came from the CPA. Which as I said
before, should be cause for immediately breaking all ties with him.
He's paid for 100% accuracy, period. The last election also had a
little over 1800 votes, and all races had about that many votes cast.
There is clearly something wrong with the results. No one on this
board has said otherwise, including YOU.

Oh my ass. You know damn near everything about my dealings with
Carole and ACE. Your little friends tell you everything, even though
they should be professional and keep it to themselves. But it really
doesn't surprise me that they have no integrity and tell you things
they shouldn't. After all, their friends of yours.
>Sorry. You may be an annoying ass. But you simply don't MATTER in the

Why do you comment on about 25% of my posts then? This is the first
time I've responded to one of your posts in God knows how long, and
I'm sure I'll regret it. But your spin machine isn't going to work
this time.
I have no idea what the vote count should be. Hell, maybe those 400
ballots were for Jerry. I have nothing against him at all. He
doesn't come on here attacking ACE members and abusing his power like
Mark Cole does. All I know is there is a HUGE discrepancy in the vote
results which IMHO casts serious doubt on whatever ACE says are
ultimately the voting results. The only thing I'm sure of is that I
won't be the winner.

Mr. Mamros attackes me all the time. He is hardly one of the nicest
people on here. Dave A and Dave B are well in the lead.
But of course, when you say someone is nice, yet you libel anyone who
doesn't agree with the very skewed opinions you share with a tiny

That's right. As every VP before him has, at least in modern times.
The difference is that some people are stupid enough to think Cheney
is the only one to do so. Just like when Hilary said she'd never used
such language on the Senate floor. It's so damn scary that there are
people in this county that believed her when she said it. And then
they can vote too! Yikes!
Me worrying about my language on RRC is sorta like Bush worrying about
acceptance by the NAACP.
Of course, part of the ACE election agenda this year was to allow
Pytka to make references to me on RRC in his fake platform, along with
him endorsing my opponent. THis went along nicely with a few folks on
RRC who continually posted my name on here just previous to the
election. ALl part of an obvious effort to keep me from office.
Culminating, apparently, in a fake voting tally!
BUt, that's just me and my crazy talk, of course.

I guess I get a bit POd with that whole issue. I'm tired of the media
acting like only the Republicans say bad words.
Now, just fuck off!

That's fine, but I'm not the media and I never said Democrats don't
swear.

Yes, you did. You said that the CPA wasn't reliable because he knew all of
the EC, and that he'd obviously make sure the voting went the way they
wanted.
You didn't make any specific claims -- you rarely do. But you very
strongly implied that the figures of the last election were doctored.

Again, I have absolutely no idea what happened.
When we hear what happened from those who have something besides a
conspiracy theory, then I'll make a comment.

Dude. Honestly. I haven't talked to ANYONE on the EC about you since the
ACE Con. Do you really want to know the sum total of my contact with the
entire EC since the ACE con? (And most of that was right after the
candidates' forum, when people were surprised that I didn't speak up
against you.) Here it is:
I got an e-mail from Tim reminding me to send in my AT ballot.
I chatted briefly with Brian on AIM, none of which had anything to do with
the election.
And that's it. Believe me, or not. I could care less. I didn't even
bother to check the election results until last week.
Have I talked to the EC about you before? Yep. Hell, every time I go to
ANY event people come up to me and start talking to me about you. People
find our RRC feud funny and entertaining for some reason, though I admit to
getting pretty bored with it.People come up to me all the time to thank me
for things I've posted. And believe it or not, quite a few members of the
EC have urged me to just ignore you.
Do I know that Carole has invited you out to lunch on several occasions to
try to sooth things with you, and that she's paid out of her own pocket,
and you've never even once offered to pay a dime? Yep. (Just to be clear,
I specifically asked her about that. She didn't offer the info up.) Do I
know that you wanted a tape recording about her comments on your Spider-Man
shirt during IAAPA? Yep. Do I know that you've been the subject of
several EC discussions? Yep. Do I know more than that that I can't say
here publicly because it wouldn't be appropriate, since actions may be
pending? Yep. I have nothing to hide. Like I said. Everyone knows about
our RRC feud. And people tell me lots of things, most of which I don't
even really care about.
I'll even tell you what I've told Carole about what I think about you.
I've told her that she shouldn't take your concerns seriously, because
they're not based on well-founded issues. I've said that you are like a
kid who gets mad when other people get better toys than you and that most
of your complaints are actually simple jealousy. I've told her that I
think you're a conspiracy theorist who can't actually believe that people
do things for altruistic reasons (because YOU would never actually do such
things), so you come up with conspiracy theories to explain everything in
the world and try to make yourself feel important. I've also told her that
there really is no point to trying to address your concerns because you'd
never be satisfied. That a month or two after meeting with you, you'd be
back on the internet personally attacking the ACE officers. And you've
proven me right time and time again. Again, I have nothing to hide. Ask
her what I've told her, if you don't believe me.
Do I believe for a second that anyone on the EC would try to alter the
election results to keep you off the EC? Not for a second. I know them
well enough that I BELIEVE in their integrity. Do I think that the issue
of the results right now is anything other than a simple error? Not for a
second. Why? Because even if the EC was devious enough to do such a
thing, they're smart enough to not have made it that obvious. And
realistically, even if you somehow got yourself elected, I imagine it
wouldn't take you long to do something stupid enough to get the rest of the
EC to vote you out of office.
The truth of the matter is that just about no one cares about the ACE
elections. Only around a quarter of the eligible ballots were returned.
Of the over 800 people who attended the ACE Con, less than 100 bothered to
show up for the candidates forum. The truth is that there is no
overwhelming desire for change among the membership of the club. Most
people just want to make friends and go to events and read some
newsletters. Very few people care even the slightest about all of the
politics.
Again, I didn't bother to turn in a vote against you on time in EITHER of
the elections you've been in.

I comment on your posts for various reasons. When you post lies, I think
it's important to post the facts so that other people understand the truth.
When you personally attack people who work hard for the club, I think that
such people deserve better, especially when you're usually full of shit.
It's not right to have the only statements on the record being your lies
about their personal character.
And if you haven't noticed, I've actually been ignoring most of your posts
lately. It's gotten old and boring. You can't even come up with new and
interesting things to bitch about any more.
But, just to be clear, other than these two posts, none of my posts to RRC
in response to you -- at least for the past year or two -- have ever been
directed at you. I know full well that there is nothing that I ( or likely
ANYONE) can say that will ever convince you that your conspiracy theories
aren't true. That's the nature of conspiracy theorists. The more evidence
you give to prove them wrong, the more they take that evidence as proof
that they're actually right.
But I do think that it's important to correct you're blatant lies in this
newsgroup for the others to see. We all know that undisputed "facts" and
opinions usually become the accepted truth in the world of the internet.

You have done absolutely nothing for the club. Of course you won't be the
winner.
If you truly want to guarantee that you'll never win any election in the
club, why don't you talk about your theories about the gay conspiracies to
keep families away from events in your next platform. You won't do that
because you don't have the balls to do it. Plain and simple. Because you
know that hardly anyone will vote for you when you expose yourself as such
a homophobic conspiracy theorist.

It just so happens that his opponent is a very nice woman who has ALSO
spent years volunteering for the club. Debbie easily deserved the job
almost as much as Jeffrey did. If I'd voted this year, I'd have felt bad
voting against Debbie.

I won't argue that the Daves (and several other Daves in fact) are among
the nicest people in RRC. Both in posts to RRC AND in person! But
certainly Shawn is among them.
No, Shawn has never attacked you. He's disagreed with your points. He has
never personally attacked you that I have ever seen. That's not really in
his nature.
That's the problem with you, Rastus. You don't know the difference between
attacking a person's points and attacking their character.
Shawn has disagreed with what you say. That's not the same thing as
attacking you as a person.
Take this thread for an example. He pointed out where you might be wrong,
and the fact that you had absolutely nothing to base your conspiracy
theories on. then he said, "Of course, I realize it's much easier to post
about conspiracy theories than it is to do any real work..."
That's the closest he came to attacking you. And it's a valid point. He
said that rather than gathering any evidence to back up your conspiracy
theories, it would be better to gather evidence first. And you responded
with:
"Well, jackass..."
Was that necessary? Was it relevant to the point? Did it even address his
point? The answer to all of them is, "no". He attacked your point. You
attacked him personally. That's the difference that you've never been able
to understand. You attack everyone left and right. You feel that if they
disagree with you, then you are justified in making all sorts of unfounded
personal attacks on them. Then people judge you based on your own actions
and words, and YOU take it as a personal attack. It's really sad that
you've never understood the difference. It explains a lot about your
persecution complex.
>But of course, when you say someone is nice, yet you libel anyone who
>doesn't agree with the very skewed opinions you share with a tiny
>minority of this country, any clear thinking individual takes about 80
>grains of salt.
Who have I libeled? I've said you're a conspiracy theorist because you
have a lot of conspiracy theories with no evidence. I've said you're a
racist and homophobic bigot because I consider many of the things you've
posted here to be racist and homophobic. It just so happens that almost
everyone in this newsgroups also feels that those things you've written are
racist and homophobic. But that's not even the point here.
I say that Shawn is a nice guy because I've MET the man. I've gone to many
events with him. He's a very nice guy. Ask ANYONE in RRC or ACE who's met
him. See if you can find ANYONE here who disagrees that he's one of the
nicest guys you'll ever meet. And as far as I can tell, he has yet to post
anything to RRC that contradicts that assessment of him being a very nice
person.
You, on the other hand....
I disagree with a lot of people about a lot of things. There are many
political points that I will disagree with Walt or Ted or Paul other people
from here with. We've even occasionally had discussions here that have
gotten a bit heated. They're not exactly my best friends in the entire
world (I only see them a few times a year at most), but I do consider them
friends. And all of them have posted to RRC that they consider me the
same. We can disagree with each other on political points, and even have
some serious debate on subjects. But I'd never hold that against any of
them. And we can hang out at the parks and have a good time. If I were
going to PPPPP this year (which seems unlikely at this point), I know that
I'd manage to have fun with each of them -- and their families -- at some
point. Unlike you, I don't want all of my friends to be just like me and
think just like me. That would make conversations boring! ;-) My friends
in ACE and RRC run the spectrum of ages, races, religions (or lack
thereof), sexual orientations, occupations and political beliefs.
This is not just political posturing on RRC. This is real life. And those
who know me know that I'm pretty much the same person in real life as I am
on RRC, for better or for worse.
Ask anyone who knows me that I generally don't hold people's political
opinions against them. You may want to try to spin my reactions otherwise,
but those who KNOW me will tell you otherwise.
You, Moschella and a few others are very different stories. My problem
with you guys isn't that I disagree with you politically. It's that I
truly think you're hateful, cruel, heartless bastards who take joy out of
trying to make other people's lives miserable because your own lives are so
pathetic. I have no need for people like that in my life.
There's a very big difference there.
Too bad you'll never understand it.
It will be interesting to see which parts of this message hit the nail so
close on the head that you will cut them out of your reply to RRC. That's
pretty much your modus operandi.
That's because Kerry isn't as big an @$$h*le as Bu$h!

Bush and Hitler would get along real well since all they want is
money & power. He (Bush) is intentionally (sp?) trying to make
everyone (but he & his rich buddies) and this country broke so that
his corrupt family can take over the world!
