And you've sent me that link before. Unless you changed it so that I don't have to log into TPR to unsubscribe, that isn't going to cut it. You've locked me out and banned my IP address, remember?

Then email me the addresses you want removed which I've asked you to do before and you've never done. I do not have any of your known email addresses in the database. Every time we find one of your multiple secret accounts, I remove the new email address from the database.
Belson, just admit you thrive on creating drama. You really don't want to be removed from the database because if you didn't keep getting our emails you wouldn't be able to complain about getting the emails.
Email me the list of addresses. I'll be happy to remove them. But I know I will not be seeing that email from you.

Simple question. You should be able to answer it straight.
I never did anything to deserve a ban, IMHO. So tell me what I did. It's all I've ever asked.
OK, that, and to stop sending me TPR mail. (My e-mail address is on the profile for my TPR account, so that should take you all of 5 seconds to research.)

I don't think you'll get very far using reason and logic Chris...
Profile of the Sociopath
Glibness and Superficial Charm
Manipulative and Conning They never recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors as permissible. They appear to be charming, yet are covertly hostile and domineering, seeing their victim as merely an instrument to be used. They may dominate and humiliate their victims.
Grandiose Sense of Self Feels entitled to certain things as "their right."
Pathological Lying Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Can create, and get caught up in, a complex belief about their own powers and abilities. Extremely convincing and even able to pass lie detector tests.
Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Instead of friends, they have victims and accomplices who end up as victims. The end always justifies the means and they let nothing stand in their way.
Shallow Emotions When they show what seems to be warmth, joy, love and compassion it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive. Outraged by insignificant matters, yet remaining unmoved and cold by what would upset a normal person. Since they are not genuine, neither are their promises.
Incapacity for Love
Need for Stimulation Living on the edge. Verbal outbursts and physical punishments are normal. Promiscuity and gambling are common.
Callousness/Lack of Empathy Unable to empathize with the pain of their victims, having only contempt for others' feelings of distress and readily taking advantage of them.
Poor Behavioral Controls/Impulsive Nature Rage and abuse, alternating with small expressions of love and approval produce an addictive cycle for abuser and abused, as well as creating hopelessness in the victim. Believe they are all-powerful, all-knowing, entitled to every wish, no sense of personal boundaries, no concern for their impact on others.
Early Behavior Problems/Juvenile Delinquency Usually has a history of behavioral and academic difficulties, yet "gets by" by conning others. Problems in making and keeping friends; aberrant behaviors such as cruelty to people or animals, stealing, etc.
Irresponsibility/Unreliability Not concerned about wrecking others' lives and dreams. Oblivious or indifferent to the devastation they cause. Does not accept blame themselves, but blames others, even for acts they obviously committed.
Promiscuous Sexual Behavior/Infidelity Promiscuity, child sexual abuse, rape and sexual acting out of all sorts.
Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle Tends to move around a lot or makes all encompassing promises for the future, poor work ethic but exploits others effectively.
Criminal or Entrepreneurial Versatility Changes their image as needed to avoid prosecution. Changes life story readily.
I count easily 13 out of 15 that I have personally witnessed.

Belson, those email addresses have been removed from the database for a long time. You know this because you're getting the emails through the fake screen names you've made up that we haven't discovered yet. I'll ask you again, send me an email with the emails you want to have removed from the database and I'd be more than happy to remove them, but I know that email will never arrive in my inbox.
Hey Douchey McDouchehead. Speaking of sociopaths, lets discuss your behavior, shall we?
Profile of the Sociopath
Glibness and Superficial Charm.
-On your website, and in person, you are known to be charming to many people, only to get them on your side. As soon as they do something you do not like, the superficial charm is off, and you ban them from Red Dot City. It is always as such. "Come to my site and read my TPRs, but even QUESTION me, you get kicked out." Ive seen it with my own eyes.
Manipulative and Conning They never recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors as permissible. They appear to be charming, yet are covertly hostile and domineering, seeing their victim as merely an instrument to be used. They may dominate and humiliate their victims.
-Your teenage fanboy members are merely instruments to be used. While you get them to go on trips, they are delegated to be in your crew, which makes them want to buy and buy your merch and be a part of the site. Again, when they do something which is not wrong and is something you do not like, the instrument is tossed aside like an old worn out guitar. This also applies to your former wive(s), your children, who you used only to move on to the next. Check MySpace, your own daughter wont even talk to you.
Grandiose Sense of Self Feels entitled to certain things as "their right."
-It seems to me its YOUR RIGHT to get ERT anywhere you want or to use your camera anywhere you want, or to steal anywhere you want. Your arrest record proves it, as does the fact you were thrown out of one park for stealing, and banned from video usage at others.
Pathological Lying Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Can create, and get caught up in, a complex belief about their own powers and abilities. Extremely convincing and even able to pass lie detector tests.
-You lie all the time to anyone who is not part of your clique. You give them reasons why you ban them, though those reasons are only a front.
Incapacity for Love - Need we say more?
Criminal or Entrepreneurial Versatility Changes their image as needed to avoid prosecution. Changes life story readily.
-Check the arrest record.
Im not going into the rest, it would take too long, and you simply arent worth it.

You say I'm only getting spammed at dummy accounts. That's a lie. My primary personal e-mail account still recieves each and every piece of mass e-mail that you send.
You say I'm stalking you?
What a laugh. After you banned me from TPR, I made a couple posts at Coaster Fanatics, and within hours, you were on there bashing me on their forum.
I joined WestCoaster, and you sent the moderators there personal e- mails as to why I shouldn't be allowed to be a member of their forums. Same thing at RideWorld.
So, really, who's stalking who?
I've never done anything to wrong you, in fact, I used to DEFEND you when people told me how they disliked you. When I lived in Japan, you asked me for trip planning advice and assistance in countless e-mails (to the same address I'm trying to get you to stop spamming now, in fact), if I could send you foodstuffs, and get you those Tokyo Disney New Year's Eve Special Event Tickets, and I did all that and more.
All I ever wanted was decent treatment in response. Once I left Japan and was no longer useful to you, though? I was dirt to you.
So obviously, you never liked me, and that's fine. It's the way that you used me and my wife that made me realize what kind of person you are and that all those people who warned me about you and bashed you to me were right.
So, you know what?
With all the lies that you spread, all the bridges you burn and all the people you mistreat, it's no wonder you've set yourself up in a little castle. But someday, you're going to find yourself alone in there.
People can toss out stuff about your ex-wives, and all your kids, your criminal record all they want though, because it isn't slanderous, and it isn't libelous, and you can't do anything about it, as long as it's true.
Robb, I don't get why you won't stop being a hater and just talk to us. We we're all friends with you at some point. It seems like all of a sudden you got this "buisness" attitude like you had to cut ties for your own protection or something.
None of us are out to get your buisness market share or customer demographic or anything. We're not going to start competing websites or tour groups. I don't get it why you gotta be internet tough guy all the time.
I ate a dead body, I ain't proud of it. I told you all about it, and you all applauded. We got problems, look, I'm haunted by a carnival. I could run and tell a doctor but what for? I just put it on tape with a fat beat and make a quick buck, I'm like fuck.
Anyway, we don't get to ask you stuff on TPR anymore, and we hear stuff like how some peeps on your trip were stealing stuff from parks and how Cedar Point refuses to give you ERT and access to stuff so we gotta comment amongst ourselves. Since you are a buisness now instead of a homie you are subject to critics and watchdogs and we are entitled to broadcast that as most of us are (or we're) paying consumers of yours.
I'm not stupid, I know what you want. You want a controlled media outlet where you can ban critics and valid complaints by banning people that disagree with you but still have inactive accounts so you can brag about readership numbers to park PR people that don't know any better. You can't have it both ways though dude.
Plus since you cut off communication with peeps we can't get your side of storys we hear. We have all been in this hobby as long as you have and we have park connections too. I get stories from PR peeps I've known and stuff gets passed around amongst us. I'm really intrigued by the whole Holiday World blackmail Tamar no seatbelt thing you are supposedly involved with.
We're not stalking you dude, you have made yourself a very visible personality in the hobby so we're going to follow what you're doing just for the interest you generate.
I wish you'd just come back on the boards and open a dialog instead of being all secret agent about everything, unless you really are a sociopath and are sensitive about it or something.
Invoking Godwin's Law for the purpose of thread killing seems unfair. I should check the Laws of the Intranetz about how that works. Personally, I'm thinking less genocidal dictator, more televangelist faith healer. I suppose to the televangelist's credit, they generally admit to leaving the wife and kids like a scumbag and ask for forgiveness instead of ever changing lies about what happened and when.
Like I keep telling you, Robert, my e-mail address is on my Rollermonkey profile at your site. You've got my e-mail blocked, so I cannot e-mail you. (I get the failure to deliver notice when I try.)
Honestly, I know that you don't care, because if you ever deleted me, then all of the videos and PTRs I posted at his site would suddenly be changed from Rollermonkey to Guest, like a lot of the threads/posts that are made at other forums by people that have actually been deleted.
So, it'd be obvious to others that something was up, and since nobody can question the great Robert Lee Alvey Jr. or your actions...
You won't do it.
I still laugh that the TPR Terms Of Service claim that if you ever post a picture or video there, that he owns it. Even YouTube, PhotoBucket and Flickr never try to make such an outrageous claim.
http://www.youtube.com/t/terms "...by submitting User Submissions to YouTube, you hereby grant YouTube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the YouTube Website and YouTube's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the YouTube Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels."
http://photobucket.com/terms "By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the Photobucket Services, you hereby grant to Photobucket and other users a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and translate such Content, including without limitation distributing part or all of the Site in any media formats through any media channels, except Content marked "private" will not be distributed outside the Photobucket Services."
TPR's agreement is no different than either of these. Your email address is not blocked. Your emails do not go into my SPAM folder. You just simply refuse to email me.

Sorry, Robert, you've just been caught out. You claim in points 10 and 11 of your own TOS that anything anybody posts at TPR is CO-OWNED by TPR. Neither of the TOS you've linked to makes that claim.
So, why did you ban me?
Right, you claIm that I'm not blocked. And if I post the delivery failure e-mails, you'll just claim that I made them up/modified them. That's why I'm trying to resolve this stuff in an open forum where you don't have the ability to distort and delete whatever you don't like.
Chris
The following is copy/pasted straight from TPR's TOS with no changes. I'd put the link, but NinjaProxy makes the URLs insane. It's the 4th announcement in the Rollercoaster/Donkey thread at TPR if anyone wants to look for themselves/doesn't trust me.
10. Uploading images - When you upload images, please keep them under 100k and no bigger than 800x600. All photos that have been uploaded to TPR's server are co-owned by Theme Park Review and the member who has uploaded the content. You hereby grant Theme Park Review a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license and TPR reserves the right to use your photos in updates, DVD releases, front page features, or any other medium.
11. Uploading videos - All video uploads larger than 10 megs MUST go in the "Professional Amateur Videographer" forum in the Members Only area. These files MUST be zipped. If your file is less than 10 megs, it can be uploaded in the public forums. All videos that have been uploaded to TPR's server are co-owned by Theme Park Review and the member who has uploaded the content. You hereby grant Theme Park Review a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license and TPR reserves the right to use your videos in updates, DVD releases, front page features, or any other medium.

Yes, our agreement is no different. The language may be different, but the agreement is the same.

You're right. It's totally different. You win. Congrats. You're awesome.
When the first person that comes to me with a problem with the language in those two points of our TOS I'll be happy to change it. So far, no one seems to care. Thank you for taking the time to bring this information to my attention.

I have a problem with it. I guess that makes me the first person.
So, you think that you own my videos and pictures? Great.
Delete my account at TPR. No, I'm not giving the videos and pictures to you. You can just 'co-own' them with Guest.
Tell me why I was banned, delete my account and stop spamming me, none of it is that difficult, Robert.
For that matter, actually tell me that I've been banned. I only have heard that I'm banned from TPR trips from people who went on later ones. Never from you, though. Weird, huh?
Kind of like how you never were banned from ACE, huh? You just ran away from Carole every time she tried to hand you the letter notifying you, eh?

I don't know why you are hung up on the word "co-own" regardless if that word was including in the language, by posting the videos you still granted Theme Park Review a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license and TPR reserves the right to use your videos in updates, DVD releases, front page features, or any other medium.
I'm not getting into any personal discussion of your TPR account on a public forum. If you wish to discuss this with me, like I have said many times already, please email me about it, however I know that email will never arrive because if it did, you wouldn't have any reason to complain about it on a public forum.
