For sale is my Yaesu VX-8R. It is in excellent physical condition
(9.5/10), and works perfectly. It comes with the Yaesu CT-136 GPS adapter
and Yaesu FGPS-2 for APRS, in addition to everything that came with it
new. There are two different keys that have just a pin-hole sized piece of
black worn off, but they are barely noticeable. The screen might have a
LIGHT scratch or two, but is near perfect. There is NOTHING wrong with
this HT. It is ready to go, and will do APRS right out-of-the-box. If you
were to buy this new, it would cost roughly $560. Here is what you will
get:
Yaesu VX-8R (this is NOT the DR version) with box, manual, and all

Note: the battery has an aftermarket swivel belt clip, but it does not come
with the part that clips on your belt. It will come with the original belt

Have a FT950 rig with little use, have original box, manual, hand mic,
power cord, etc. Will also include a MD-100 desk mic. I stored this rig for
the last 3 years in the original box. Recently purchased a FTDX3000 and rig

You will need a high quality stereo sound card (either USB or internal) and
a decent PC (at least 2Ghz, 2GB) to get the most out of SDR. I will include
printed out instructions on how to calibrate the radio to your soundcard/PC
as well as a USB cable and the power cable. It runs Genesis GSDR which is a
custom version of PowerSDR. This unit has the multi-band filter board which
makes it a 160-6m transceiver and general coverage receiver. This is a
contest winning radio and is an amazing performer once set up. Very
sensitive and great filtering. I was able to pick out signals that were
lost in the noise floor of my Icom 756PRO.
Just the kit parts alone would run over $500. This is fully assembled and

Radio is in excellent shape and well cared for; just normal mounting marks
on the base. Non-smoking, pet free environment. In addition to all the
original mounts, cables and manuals, this also includes:
ADMS-350 Programming cable (still sealed)
CT-142 Data cable with USB adapter
FVS-2 Voice guide unit
FGPS-1 internal GPS unit
Lido suction mount (much improved over the original mount!)
Also included is the WebDT366 tablet running APRSISCE/32 and a Lido
gooseneck mount. Unit has some wear but works well. I added a 4GB compact
flash card to hold the downloaded maps. Has a wifi card and also a
ruggedized mount/easel if you want to use this at home or the field instead
of in a car. It is nice have the wifi built in as it allows internet access
on the road if you can tether your cellphone. This allows APRS over
internet and RF. Internal and external battery is included but charge state
is unknown as I either had it hooked up directly to 12V in the car or
through the included A/C adapter. Please note I am not including a 12V
cable for the car, but this is easily obtained/constructed. The A/C adapter

For Sale: Two Kenwood TH-79A dual band handheld radios with 2 wall chargers
and original manual. Both units come with original antenna and belt clip.
They both have the large battery on them, they accept and hold a short
charge, they are old and would need to be replaced. My mom bought these new
thinking she would use them to talk with me, never did. They are in like
new condition no scratches or wear. I do not think they where ever used. I

For sale is a rather large QRO power level vacuum variable equipped antenna
tuner. This was used in helping tune sputtering amplifiers at 13.56mhz. It
contains an exceptionally large air variable capacitor as well as a Dolinko
and Wilkens 200-42-15 vacuum variable capacitor. This would make an
excellent base for a very capable amateur radio antenna tuner. More

Have you spent serious money on the latest transceiver, amplifier and are
hampered with neighborhood constraints? Consider using a commercially made
pneumatic mast. Or install one into your RV or motor home just like the
broadcasters do using the same equipment.
Presented for your consideration is a fully operational 9 year old
pneumatic mast system in good condition recently retired from active TV
broadcast microwave relay service. When lowered, it nests to 7’ 1”. It is
spec’d to handle up to 175lbs of payload and can be guyed as an option.
This is current hardware that is still sold new and fully supported by the
manufacturers. A used heavy duty pneumatic mast of this type is not often
available let alone in good condition.

Complete system for APRS ready to go. Radio is 2m/1.25m/70cm. Full specs

Radio is in excellent shape and well cared for; just normal mounting marks
on the base. Non-smoking, pet free environment. In addition to all the
original mounts, cables and manuals, this also includes:
ADMS-350 Programming cable (still sealed)
CT-142 Data cable with USB adapter
FVS-2 Voice guide unit
FGPS-1 internal GPS unit
Lido suction mount (much improved over the original mount!)
Also included is the WebDT366 tablet running APRSISCE/32 and a Lido
gooseneck mount. Unit has some wear but works well. I added a 4GB compact
flash card to hold the downloaded maps. Has a wifi card and also a
ruggedized mount/easel if you want to use this at home or the field instead
of in a car. It is nice have the wifi built in as it allows internet access
on the road if you can tether your cellphone. This allows APRS over
internet and RF. Internal and external battery is included but charge state
is unknown as I either had it hooked up directly to 12V in the car or
through the included A/C adapter. Please note I am not including a 12V
cable for the car, but this is easily obtained/constructed. The A/C adapter

2K-3 Henry Amplifier

This is a nice Henry 2K-3 power amplifier. It is the console model and a
real classic in very nice clean condition with original paint. $900 or best

Up for grabs is a Kenwood TM-261A 2M rig. Excellent basic rig for 2 meters,
receive 118 to 174. This is a complete unit, with all original accessories
included, most not even opened. This rig has been removed for pictures and
tested for function, but has less then an hour of actual use. Original
warranty card and AES purchased receipt included. Cleaning out the shack to

For Sale: Two Kenwood TH-79A dual band handheld radios with 2 wall chargers
and original manual. Both units come with original antenna and belt clip.
They both have the large battery on them, they accept and hold a short
charge, they are old and would need to be replaced. My mom bought these new
thinking she would use them to talk with me, never did. They are in like
new condition no scratches or wear. I do not think they where ever used. I
accept Paypal and will ship them priority mail. $250.00 for both of them

QRO vacuum variable antenna tuner

For sale is a rather large QRO power level vacuum variable equipped antenna
tuner. This was used in helping tune sputtering amplifiers at 13.56mhz. It
contains an exceptionally large air variable capacitor as well as a Dolinko
and Wilkens 200-42-15 vacuum variable capacitor. This would make an
excellent base for a very capable amateur radio antenna tuner. More

42 Will-Burt Pneumatic Mast System

Have you spent serious money on the latest transceiver, amplifier and are
hampered with neighborhood constraints? Consider using a commercially made
pneumatic mast. Or install one into your RV or motor home just like the
broadcasters do using the same equipment.
Presented for your consideration is a fully operational 9 year old
pneumatic mast system in good condition recently retired from active TV
broadcast microwave relay service. When lowered, it nests to 7’ 1”. It is
spec’d to handle up to 175lbs of payload and can be guyed as an option.
This is current hardware that is still sold new and fully supported by the
manufacturers. A used heavy duty pneumatic mast of this type is not often
available let alone in good condition.
