Actually, Telamon, the SCOTUS hasn't agreed to rule on the case.
Friday is the day where they'll honor Clarence Thomas' attempt to
place the item on the Court's docket. The odds are that they'll choose
to not even listen to the case. And the one that they're looking at
for Friday is a little different than Berg's old claims. This case
claims Obama renounced US citizenship by embracing Indonesian
citizenship as a child. Has nothing to do with him being born outside
of the US.

Ignoring the fact that Obama is a member of a Christian church in
Illinois, so what if he's Muslim? Is there a law that Muslim's can't
be President? I agree with General Colin Powell that even Muslim
children have the right to believe that they, too, can grow up with
the belief that they could one day be President of the US.

The SCOTUS made no announcement, today, on whether they'd consider the
case. I believe they could also release an announcement on Monday. The
odds being expressed in the blogosphere are that the court may not
deem the issue important enough to respond at all. Rumors also
indicate that several justices are really upset that Clarence ("Uncle
Tom") Thomas forced them to even consider hearing the case.

In my opinion, this case (based on the claim that his former
stepfather from Indonesia renounced BO's U.S. citizenship during his
childhood), has far less merit than the preceding suit that he was not
born in the US, which has already been dismissed. The individual
filing the current suit can hardly be said to be a constitutional
purist, since he has already indicated that if the current suit is not
examined, he'll file another based off of Obama's receipt of foreign
funds during the campaign.

It seems that some people just can't tolerate elections based off
either majority vote or Electoral College results. They kind of seem
like sad, pathetic, sore losers.

But, even if the suits succeed, Biden will be great compared to the
last eight years!

So, your female dog humps your leg "all the time"? What the hell have

Yeah Al Gore Presided Over the US Senate's Confirmation

Leave it up to DX booze hound to fail miserably with the facts!

At the request of the Prime Minister, the G-G granted the PM's request.
Nope, not a shard of interference from the British crown. Secondly, the
G-G was executing the will of the Canadian people who were for
suspension of Parliament. Once again, not a shard of influence from the
British crown.

Oh yeah, I guess flipping the bird to the American and British
governments on the Iraq invasion was not a sign of a 'stand alone
country'. But it is nice to hear the highest level of the American
government wailing about bad intel.

Lay off the bottle and you just might make something of yourself!
