The man is a great orator and speaks many truths. Very commendable. I
would really enjoy attending one of his speeches.

From his speech::

"Obama is the first Jewish President" "He was selected before he was
elected. And the people that selected him were rich, powerful members
of the Jewish community."

"The American people are dying, and the Food and Drug Administration
is complicit," he said. "Greed is more important than the lives of the
American people."

"He talked about the importance of strong family units, conservative
outfits for women, healthy food and land ownership... interracial
births pose a threat to the white population and that Jews control the
mainstream civil rights movement...

Criticized President Barack Obama for joining up with the "old
colonial masters" of the Western-led forces and expressed skepticism
about European countries espousing humanitarian concerns, saying they
"give noble motives to their wickedness."

"Do you think they had humanitarian concerns when the British mowed
down the Indians in India who were peacefully protesting?" he said.
"Where in the hell is humanitarian values in America when you've got
over 50 million Americans living in poverty, sick and diseased, with
no healthcare?"

Is Jackson State University located in downtown Jackson?

Before anyone ever heard of the great Walter Payton I watched him
score six touchdowns in one game against the University of Nebraska-
Omaha when he played for Jackson State. Everyone in the crowd was
genuinely awe struck. I knew he was destined for NFL greatness that
day. His brother Eddie also played on the team and would later play in
the NFL as well.

Walter also kicked all the extra points and field goals for the team..
An amazing talent and a truly nice man (unlike the arrogant jocks of
today). Very intelligent also, he graduated with a bachelor's degree
in Communications at the age of 20. Why do the good die so young? The
world is a poorer place without "Sweetness" in it.

Yes the times have changed. The more I think about it, I believe
Walter scored 7 touchdowns in that game in addition to kicking all the
extra points - not a bad day's work. Here is a nice write-up about
him:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walter_Payton

That was the 50's. During the Reagan years, Republicans got it into
their tiny little heads that they were the only real Americans. This
was a sort of retroactive rationalization of Nixon's behavior (they
had been trying to rationalize it all along) which implied that pretty
much anything they wanted to do was justified in advance, since
everyone "not them" hated America and wanted to destroy it. And they
have been pretty much basing their existence on that belief ever
since. Ever since Reagan, Republicans have been in love with expanding
government power while paying nothing more than lip service to the
constitutional principle of limiting it.** Listen to right wing talk
radio or read a right wing magazine. Does Ann Coulter believe we're
all Americans at the end of the day? Fuck no, she doesn't. The
Republicans decided that they were perfect and it was the rest of the
world that was fucked up and their policies, their beliefs, their
swaggering around, their hatred of the media, their contempt for laws
and lately their indifference to their own nation and constituents
have reflected it ever since.

** Although they still talk about "limiting government," the only
aspects of government that they have shown any interest in limiting
are those parts that help non-millionaires, protect consumers or keep
strip mining operations out of national parks.

In web matters, it's often less a case of selective ignorance,
and more a case of protecting one's privacy. A lot of such sites
invest heavily in tracking systems to harvest what they may from a
user's browser, and in the case of some news sites, interrogate a
user's harddrive.

AOL has been busted for this more than once, over the years.

Salon magazine covers a variety of topics. It has reviews and articles
about music, books, and films. It also has articles about "modern life",
including relationships, friendships and human sexual behavior. It
covers technology, with a particular focus on the free software/open
source movement.

Salon has always been an interactive site to some degree. The "salon"
concept is played out in two discussion board communities open
exclusively to online subscribers, Salon Table Talk and The WELL, and
since 2005, comments on editorial stories open to all readers.

In 2008, Salon launched its biggest interactive initiative, Open Salon,
a social content site/blog network for its readers.

Responding to the question "how far do you go with the tabloid
sensibility to get readers?", former Salon.com editor-in-chief David
Talbot said:

Is Salon more tabloid-like? Yeah, we've made no secret of that.
I've said all along that our formula here is that we're a smart tabloid.
If by tabloid what you mean is you're trying to reach a popular
audience, trying to write topics that are viscerally important to a
readership, whether it's the story about the mother in Houston who
drowned her five children or the story on the missing intern in
Washington, Chandra Levy.[2]

Big Sur is located along Scenic Highway One approximately 150 miles
south of San Francisco and 300 miles north of Los Angeles. Historically,
the name Big Sur, was derived from that unexplored and unmapped
wilderness area which lays along the coast south of Monterey. It was
simply called El Sur Grande, The Big South. Today, Big Sur refers to
that 90-mile stretch of rugged and awesomely beautiful coastline between
Carmel to the north and San Simeon (Hearst Castle) to the south. Highway
One winds along its length and is flanked on one side by the majestic
Santa Lucia Mountains and on the other by the rocky Pacific Coast.

Although there were two Mexican land grants awarded in the 1830's, which
included most of the area north of the Big Sur Valley, neither grantee
settled on the land. It was little more than a century ago when the
first permanent settlers arrived in Big Sur. In the following decades
other hardy persons followed and staked out their homesteads.

The landmarks bear the names of many of those early settlers - Mt.
Manuel, Pfeiffer Ridge, Post Summit, Cooper Point, Dani Ridge,
Partington Cove and others. Some of their descendants still live in Big Sur.

At the turn of the century Big Sur sustained a larger population than it
does today. A vigorous redwood lumbering industry provided livelihoods
for many. The Old Coast Trail, which had been the only link between
homesteads, was still little more than a wagon trail. Steamers
transported heavy goods and supplies and harbored at Notley's Landing,
Partington Cove, and the mouth of the Little Sur River.

Navigation was treacherous, and in 1889, the Point Sur Lighthouse
Station began sending its powerful beam to protect ships from the
hazards of the coastline.

In 1937, the present highway was completed after eighteen years of
construction at a considerable expense even with the aid of convict
labor. The highway has since been declared California's first Scenic
Highway, and it provides a driving experience unsurpassed in natural
beauty and scenic variety.

Electricity did not arrive in Big Sur until the early 1950's, and it
still does not extend the length of the coast or into the more remote
mountainous areas.

The proximity of the Pacific Ocean provides for a temperate climate.
Winters are mild, and rainy days are interspersed with periods of bright
sunshine. An average rainfall of over 50 inches fills the many streams
that flow down the redwood-lined canyons. Coastal fog cools the summer
mornings, but it usually lifts by early afternoon. The best weather is
often during the spring and fall.

It is wise to include both warm and cold weather clothing when packing
for Big Sur. A damp, foggy morning can be followed by a warm afternoon.
In the interior valleys of the Wilderness Area, the temperatures are
more extreme; the fog bank seldom crosses the coast ridge, so the days
are likely to be hot and the nights chilly.

The scenic qualities and the natural grandeur of the coast which result
from the imposing geography, the rich vegetative compositions, and the
dramatic meetings of land and sea are the area's greatest single
attraction to the public. Big Sur has attained a worldwide reputation
for its spectacular beauty. Hiking, backpacking and scenic driving are
major recreational activities.

Drive carefully. Highway One is one of the best maintained roads in the
world, but its sharp curves and steep hills still preclude high speed
driving. This breathtaking stretch of coastline has something to offer
any visitor. So relax and enjoy the awesome beauty of the timeless Big
Sur Coast.

I worked at Alameda as a civilian in the middle 1970s. We had to remove
our stuff from "our" pallets and restack it on Navy pallets. We also had
to have 6 times the paperwork of any other customer. Great view of the

Say cuzz, the EZ Pawn pawn shop at the corner of John R. Lynch Road and
Highway 80 has an old eMac PC for sale.It has been sitting there for
months, they have marked down the price several times before. When I
looked at it this morning, the price was $169.95.It was turned on, blue
screen with a large rectangular box said MAC OS System, Log in/Register,
blah blah blah.Is it worth the money? If it is still sitting there a
month from now, I might offer $140.00 Take it or Leave it.Somebody told
me the Apple store will upgrade it for free. There is an Apple store
