Morning David. from what i'm hearing on AM570, out of
Youngstown, OH. ; there is "no joe the plumber". another
empty shirt. not even a good try by the people behind
john mac. looks like more bush-crime-family crap. but,
they/i could be wrong. i also noticed that strange smile
on macs face, scary, like he wanted to jump up and down
like a small child. when he didn't smile, he looked like
a corpse. could have been the make-up, ala nixon like.
i have talked to mac a few times, over the last few years,
and he does look much better in person.

Good Morning,

Whoever he is, somebody is earning big bucks coordinating his satellite
time. I heard a rumor on the Bill Press Show that Joe is related to
Charles Keating of all people. Whatever. They're making it sound like
Obama would take his money and give it to ACORN; not so; Obama
understands that unless the infrastructure (physical, educational, etc.)
must be paid for. Old Joe the Plumber needs roads to get to his customers.

We must stop borrowing money to give tax breaks to wealthy people. That
is robbing America's children to support Paris Hilton.

Digging dirt on Joe is a bad idea
Lee Cary
This afternoon ABC's Charlie Gibson reported on his hourly radio news
report the results of his network diggin' dirt on Joe the Plumber.

Gibson reported that Joe has a "lien" for failing to "pay his property
tax." The lead-in, stated by a co-reporter, was "Oh, by the way, Joe..."

Here's a guy who's just an average citizen, approached by a campaigning
Obama, who expresses his opinion. It's his right as a citizen.

Problem is, what Joe said isn't consistent with the ABC party line. So
Joe is now in the crosshairs, and they'll stay on Joe the Plumber in an
effort to ruin his life and destroy his credibility.

This is just a taste of the "Thugocracy" that Michael Barone wrote about.

Criticize Obama and the old big media will work hard to ruin you. This
is extremely dangerous for this democracy.

Roy, the problem with you is that you think your propagandistic URLs

produce. In reality, all you do is double the crap.

I have done my best to ask ALL OT political posters to stop. I have
not extended a "pass" to anyone. I will admit I am particularly
disappointed in you, since it wasn't that long ago that you were
asking people to make an attempt to remember that this is a shortwave
newsgroup. Your attempt to suggest that I am only interested in
stopping conservative extremists, like yourself, is just another
attempt on your part to make it look like you're the one being
wronged. In reality, YOU are the one "wronging" all of us that
believe
the is a SHORTWAVE newsgroup.

To make it clear:

I wish everyone - Left and Right - would return to shortwave. I can
read the political sites on my own. I don't need the help of either
side.

SHORTWAVE, please. If you have to engage in this juvenile nonsense, at
least try to offset it with a few shortwave-related posts.

When was the last time you turned a shortwave radio on, Roy?

Next you will figure out that you can tax the hell out of the "rich" in

Successful in that I know I was cheated!

If the guy says he's going to do one thing, and turns around and does another,
not my fault, I had no control over that, at that point in time.

It would be my fault if I did not initiate action against him, which I've done.
