It reflects directly of his lack of control over himself. Most humans
have evolved to be able to control their animal-istic desires such as not
eating in excess for times of famine when there is no famine or not
taking drug for the mental reward of a dopamine rush. Not completing
collage is another example of not being able to control his motivation,
selecting immediate monitory gratification of a "cool DJ job" over what
would surly have been a more monetary rewarding career in the long run
had he obtained a collage degree.
See food, eat food till it's gone
See sex, have sex till he can't
See pills, take pills till he's unable
See money, take money until he's ratted out
I suspect that he's spending his money uncontrollably as well.

for his weight just tells us a hell of a lot more about YOU than it
does HIM.
