"Earmark Requests" only Members of the US House
and the US Senate can do so.

I can sure tell you didn't read the article. she got her earmarks by
bullying Stevens. just as she ran on the famous "bridge to no-
where". then flip-floped on the bridge. but, she did take the money.
and wasted it on other things, like doing her office over 3 times.
good to be the gov. just keep believeing the lies about this lady.
she is dirty, vary dirty. but, dodn't worry little sheep, the talking
