Whatever Herb actually did, or didn't do. And I heard most of it over the
years. I just don't think he is STUPID enough to jump back on 313. Perhaps
I am wrong.

I am not a 'Herby supporter' whatever that means, nor am I a 'Porkbut'
supporter, whatever that means. I just hope that those with the capability
of transmitting on 313....don't. Why? Because its idiotic for one and two
it is not helping ham radio one bit.

Of course I KNOW some of you must do your thing. Thats fine too.........I
just wonder if you ever heard of the phrase...."Its just like shootin fish
ina barrel".

You figure it out.

Not as stupid perhaps if 14.313 once again becomes
the natural magnet for every screwball and fruitkake
that we seem to be so blessed with in this hobby called
ham radio. Let 14.313 become the RF toilettick magnet
that it once was so that all the kooks and crazies from all the
other places on the band can gravitate to. This way the rest of
ham radio is clear and all the nuts are in one place where
Hollingsworth can pick em off like fish in a barrel.

Of course, it never occurred to any of the dimbulbs around here that Riley
may be doing just that. What if ol' Riley is giving the license back to
Herb (or whatever his name is) knowing that he will go back to his evil ways
and attract the same old trash. Then, when they are all in a lather on
14.313 or wherever they congregate, Riley can get them all with one grenade.

If he's jamming hf with a Hallicrafters S-120, you betcha Mr. H .. and a lot of
NASA guys will be knocking on his door. Soon.

To see how he's jamming with a mediocre SWL receiver.

If he can do that, I bet we can hammer .. I mean .. check in to The Liberty net
with my R-75.

Hey Lloyd I didn't know you had a Hallicrafters transmitter.

Is that the BC-610 (or should I say the HA-1), the cyclone or even the
FPM-300 or maybe even the SR-150?

Roger does not want you to see the true versions of
his FCC spankings.
www.enforcement.actions.ue3113.xyacl.org

GLENDALE, WV: The FCC requested that Roger L. Wiseman, AB8MQ,
retake the General examination elements under the supervision of an ARRL-VEC
volunteer examiner team. Wiseman must appear for retesting by September 11,
2002, or his license will be canceled. Applicants appearing for
re-examination
are granted an Amateur Radio license consistent with the elements passed.
The
FCC had written Wiseman on March 29, 2002, advising that it had been made
aware
of "an ongoing personal dispute" between Wiseman and another licensee that
included allegations of interference or jamming on 20 meters. FCC Special
Counsel for Amateur Radio Enforcement Riley Hollingsworth invited the two
licensees to contact him to discuss the matter. Additionally, the FCC had
sent
Wiseman a Warning Notice last November in response to allegations of
deliberate
and malicious interference on 20 meters.
