Looking back at the Obama administration year-one CV, it was not quite what
the world had expected. But as a non-USAnian, I'm just an outsider looking at
the mess Obama is trying to clean up after prior administrations. Do we have
too high hopes that politicians can fix anything? This article makes interesting
