Yes, I own this HT. I consider it a good choice, although I don't use 6m or
1.2 gHz much. Performs well on 2m and 440, but I'm in an area where 1.2 gHz
isn't much of an option unless I go to NYC...and there aren't many 6m
repeaters around here, although this may grow.

Bottom line is that it's a good HT, and I didn't make a mistake - solid
build. If, however, you are a dedicated 2m Ham, go for something less
expensive. If you are a new ham, get a cheap 2m HT - nobody on the other
end will know if you're within earshot of the repeater. RS has a 2m rig
going for $129 that received some good reviews.
