CB radios, ham radios, and frs.gmrs radios outlawed

CB radio and ham radio has recently been outlawed in Ontario, Canada as part of the cell phone ban while ddriving. No, this is not another case of vagurly or broadly worded law. This was deliberate. I have an old Playboy article that says that if a guy eats a lot of licorice the night before that his sperm will taste like licorice the next morning. It does not work. Roger tried it.... Mark is still researching it.
