	why can local cops stop you and cconfiscate your legal radio equipment when you're operating legally???
	and speaking of legality and FCC rules, why do local cops have the authority to fine and arrest you and confiscate your legal radio equipment even though you're operating completely legally under Federal law just because you don't have any radio license to show them?
