FCC seeks comments on proposed changes to Amateur licensing rules, Emission
types

The ARRL report that earlier this month, the FCC released a Notice of
Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) -- WT Docket No. 12-283 -- proposing to amend
the Part 97 rules governing the Amateur Radio Service. On October 24, a
summary of the NPRM was published in the Federal Register and the FCC is
seeking comments on it

10th IARU HST World Championship, Beatenberg 2012

The 10th IARU HST World championship took place from 17-21 October in
Beatenberg, Switzerland. More than 150 participants (97 competitors) from
20 countries attended the event

New venue and dates for Chelmsford meetings

several Android Apps, one of them was developed by Cambridge University
