What could be causing low output on USB/LSB on all bands? The microphone

Yaesu FT2600M problem

I have a Yaesu FT200M which I have installed in my truck for the purpose
of transmitting an APRS signal on 144.390. Each time I set the radio on
this frequency, turn the radio off and then back on, the frequency
changes to 144.385. Turn it off and on again and it tunes to 144.380,

AL-82 amp on 12

I have an AL-82 amp serial number AL-82-1176 Feb 1991 that has the 10 meter mod and the current 15/15 meter position on the band switch. How do I know it will work on 12? works everyewhere else.
