CQ WW SSB contest - where was Uganda, Kenya and Seychelles

The bolletino 511 from the Italia DX group cited that these guys would be
contesting last weekend and the only one I ended up seeing and
unfortunately not working was the Seychelles. Any idea what happened with
these other entities. I only worked one new one on SSB the past weekend and
was lucky to get a new one on RTTY Mauritania on 12m. The contest was a bit
disappointing from a spot and ponce for new ones perspective. But then
again I was only on for about an hour and a half the entire contest.

On April 16, 1162 (adjusted to our current calendars, the date is
November) Temujin was born on the banks of the Onon River, in the heart of
Mongolia. He came to power by uniting many of the nomadic tribes of
Northeast Asia. In 1207, he established the Mongol Empire and was
proclaimed "Chinggis Khan". Chinggis Khan and his descendants went on to
stretch the Mongol Empire across most of Euroasia by conquering or creating
vassal states out of all of modern-day China, Korea, the Caucasus, Central
Asian countries, and substantial portions of modern Eastern Europe, Russia
and the Middle East.
Chinggis Khan died in 1227.
