Subject: Homemade visco machine
Hi all,

After playing with the idea for several months, I finaly got off my
ass, and built it. And amaizingly enough, it worked! my very own visco
machine.

A continous powder core spiraly wraped by 12 cotton yarns, and counter
wound by 8 more. the works!

It produces a very nice and reliable 1.6mm fuse. I have two types of NC
laquere, and they produse different burn rates for my choise.

I"ll be happy to show some pics if someone will tell me exactly how.

Anyway, my main problem is the BP composition and texture. Too powdery
and it wont flow unless I knock on the funnel. Too granular and it
flows beautifuly, but burnd too fast.

Anyone has info on the commercial BP used for visco?
