Scavenger Hunt #1

I wish I were good at Google searches.
Instead, I hope rec.puzzlers will do my "homework"
for me. (Even better than the specific answers
would be tips on how to find these answers on-line,
assuming they're there.)

Three items in this Scavenger's Hunt
