Who, on visiting the toilet, is more likely to find the toilet seat in the
"wrong" position?
Gary
Had an argument with the wife? ;-)
He likes it down on 2 occasions out of 8, but it will be up
on 6 occasions out of 6+2+8+2 ==> 2/8 * 6/18 = 1/12
He likes it up on 6 occasions out of 8, but it will be down
on 12 occasions out of 6+2+8+2 ==> 6/8 * 12/18 = 1/2
Adding these ==> 1/2 + 1/12 = 7/12
She always likes it down but has a chance of finding it up
on 6 occasions out of 6+2+8+2 ==> 6/18 = 1/3 = 4/12
Moral: when you're too lazy to bring the seat down, you
are more likely to find it in the wrong position than she is.
If you always bring it down, you're going to find the wrong
position on 6 occasions out of 8. But then she'll never have
to complain, which should counterbalance things.
Have a nice one ;-)

WARNING: Once you have been "trained" in this manner, she
will move on to better behavioural modifications.
Cheers!

With a small but mobile child around who will get into anything, my wife
and I habitually put down the lid after using, so we tend to find 100%
the "seat" in wrong position, with the lid down.
