Explanation: 'Steal This Book' is an underground classic published around
1970. It caused widespread controversy because the youth of that era took
the title as a directive, causing booksellers much grief. The book was a
primer on stealthy activity related to activism. This could be regarded
as a partial &lit with 'subterfuge' as the standard definition element.
'Book' is capitalised to show it's part of a title and also to misdirect
towards the Bible.

Please take your preference. I was intrigued by the difficulty of
finding a straight definition for this word that was the right part
