I ordered a Sony D770 online, and they promoted a filter kit for it when
confirming the order on phone. The salesperson promises he'll take care of
the return shipping & handling fee if I don't like the kit. (Which later I
found that the kit is way over priced 200%+, 3 filters for $250USD.)
Try to stop the shipment & successed, but the salesperson has a day off so
can't cancel the order. Called next day, he said the order is shipped... I
require the confirmation that he will keep his promise, he ask me to phone
back when my stuffs arrive. Next day got the shipment, opened the filter
kit, the ring size is 52mm, my Sony is 62mm, can't even screw it on...
Phoned the salesperson, he asks who's calling. After telling him my name,
he put me on hold immediately without saying one word... and never comes
back. Then I asked my sister to help me call again, telling him the filters
are not suitable for the camera, he immediately says they are not
responsible for shipping and hang up on her not letting us say another word.
Anyone ever deal with a salesperson with such rude attitude before?
Anything I can do now?

It's a great way to get the word out about the bad ones, and to check up on
stores before dealing.
