Have any of you heard of an "Atar" lens? The "Atar" is written in cursive script on a brass telescoping lens (it doesn't have an iris)? There is no "R" (as in "Artar") that I can see. The lens itself appears to be old (say 19th century). It's approximately 4 1/2" in length, when closed.
