Why would photography (digital or film) be categorized as "digital arts" - when the ultimate form in which it would be displayed is analogue, and "digital" intermediate processing can be used in any art form these days, from music to sculpture to poetry etc? Do "we" intend to make money out of the free contributions that you're soliciting?
